Visited for one day on our 20 th anniversary .Had a great stay in Room no. 16. The location is nice with lovely views of the ganges. Special mention for the Staff . Ms Vandana was a great host and kept great care for minor details and made us feel special. The food at Patio restaurant was superb with great service by Ankit. Thank you ALOHA for a lifetime of a experience. Definitely recommended.

Location, location, location!! Just wow!! The river view apartments we stayed at was superbly equipped and fantastic view from the room of the Gushing Ganges. GangaRam, our go to man at the location was fantastically helpful and the host , Mr.Katyal was equally accommodating. The property includes access to infinity pool and entertainment options including badminton, carrom, Table tennis etc. There is facility of ordering in via Swiggy / Zomato as well. A word of advice though. The apartments are individual entities in themselves and during our arrival neither the main gate or reception were aware of our arrival. One needs to contact the owner and inform arrival time beforehand to have a hassle free check in. We did not inform our arrival time beforehand and neither were queried about it and had a 5-10 minutes of initial struggle. But the stay was a blast there on in. Will definitely come back whenever schedule permits

The food was really good and tasty. Do try the paneer and daal makhani. Hitesh was really helpful in delivering the food on time and helped tidy the room up really quickly and efficiently. It was a really good experience, so try this.

We stayed here for 3 Nights from 24 April to 27 April 2022 paying a premium for the property and get a 3rd grade response from their floor duty manager Pravesh and resident booking manager Suresh Kala. We were in room 101B B6. There was non stop chaotic noise of civil work above our room. Despite complaining they didn't pay attention to our issue. We ended up paying a premium for a poorly managed irresponsible hospitality management. Would strongly suggest anyone booking this place to go for a better option. This is certainly a shabby place with arrogant staff. Would assign a negative 10 score for this experience.

Friend, Our family visited Aloha , with great expectations, however , plz be aware of getting any apartments or rooms through Sanjeev Katyal. The rooms are in a very bad state with zero maintenance quality. We got one apartment booked for 8000/day for 2N3D and paid the entire tariff, but as we entered the room , it was stinking with rats smell,Broken furniture, and bedsheets with holes in it. To this we objected , and he did arranged another apartment in the complex and asked me to pay 2000 more , which I did , but the next day stay , he changed and stated demanding me a penalty of 8000. Please advise, if the rooms you book out of faith , are in a Pathetic state , how can one demand money for not using it.

We two couples stayed @ Aloha on Ganges Rishikesh for two nights- Sept 27th and 28th’23. The initial check in experience was reasonable as we were put into the two separate one bedroom apartments. However, It turned out to be a nightmare with bad smelly room and unbearable drainage smell in one of the apartment. The Room freshener did not help. Request for shifting to better reasonable room was unheard with just no concerns. The first night was tolerated and next day several requests again went unheeded. When warned to go viral on social media with reporting in every travel portals the a lady Ms Vandana Kala stepped in - Room Division manager and really helped us out with possible shift. We thanked her to bringing back smile on our face. Honestly this should hv been done earlier The food is very good at breakfast so is at restaurant PATIO on riverside where we had dinner twice Excellent service by Mr Suraj and Bipin. We thanked the Chef Balawant for delicious dishes It ended well with pleasant note. Caution: Rooms needs more maintenance; Water flow in bathroom is poor ; hygienic standards needs lot more improvements: staff @ reception needs more training to ensure customer satisfaction Orientation towards customer is utmost needed as everyone may not find Ms Vandana to help as we met her accidentally when she was @ reception counter Or else we would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel purely on low heygenic standards.

Disappointed! We stayed at the apartment (Aloha on the Ganges by Blissful) from 9th Sep to 12th Sep’24 and our experience was horrible. I booked the Apartment through their online representative Mr Arjun. When I arrived at the apartments, I have to made to wait for more than 40 minutes outside (under sun) the building for someone to receive from Apartment representative. The response of Mr Arjun was horrible & abusive. I must say that the serviced apartments had no service.
After the 1st experience of worse type of welcome, we entered the room & found that floor are not cleaned. Towels / tea / etc weee provided after repeated follow-ups. One washing M/c has been provided in the room & used after consulting the attendant. To our surprise, the outlet of the washing machine was choked and the entire water from the washing machine overflowed on the floor making my luggage wet. During my 3 days of stay, there were frequent power outages. Even though supply resumed with power back up, but a continuous alarm is sounded in the room till it’s manually switched off. For everything you have to depend upon the attendants, but their response is very poor. No senior official is physically available on the apartment. I brought these problems to the concerned person Mr Sachin ( as per the booklet), but he did not reported to meet me despite my follow ups. A total waste of money and vacation. There was construction going on in adjacent apartment so it was dirt and too much noise. We were promised that it will stop but it was too much of disturbance and ruckus. I wish we could reverse time and not go to Aloha Apartments by blissful. Please don’t waste your time and money

Location is Great. Apartments are spacious. Staff was great. Need more focus on few small issues like Wi-Fi speed , towel quality for bath , need to provide hand towels in bathroom and kitchen area, improve quality of liquid soap, shower quality can be improved a lot. Checklist based check-in is required so that customer doesn't face maintenance issue after check-in. I am not sure if multiple agencies are owning apartment in this complex. My contact person was Mr Deepak in Gurgaon.

Hi, Something quite shady about the management of these apartments booking & it's operations! This booking through 'Booking.com' was 'cancelled' by the operator after we had checked-in at the property! The reason stated as 'invalid credit card' is just untrue! The same card was used by me on site for tendering the payment on our arrival there. The 'invalid' card & booking 'cancellation' were posted on the booking site portal after we had completed the transaction in their premises. Is the operator running some scam or simply skimming their revenue-share arrangements? There was a furthermore greater unpleasant experience in their handling our stay... more on that later.
