Located well inside the city on the Dehradun highway, the hotel offers affordable and very comfortable place to stay. The rooms and washrooms are spacious with all modern amenities. If you are not very keen to stay besides the Ganges, this would be the place. The restaurant served good food.

Let me assure you Sir...now, when the pandemic effect is vanishing gradually, we are also improving with pace....we have started hiring more skilled staff.... training is a regular routine now....and we have more satisfied and happy going home guests with lots of memories to cherish for a long time. We regret not being able to serve you Non vegetarian meals because being a holy city Rishikesh serving non-veg meals and liquor are strictly prohibited....and we believe in maintaining the sanctity of the town. Though we take all the necessary measures so that our guest's rooms are cozy and comfortable, we still accept that there is still some scope to improve further...and we assure you that we would be striving hard to make our guest's stay most comfortable and memorable. Natraj is a beautiful property in Rishikesh. It is on the outskirts so is not crowded with tourists. The rooms are very spacious with a comfortable bed, view of the garden or pool, a work desk, tea/coffee maker, and a dressing full-length mirror.
The washrooms are also nice and spacious but do not have good lighting.
The breakfast buffet was average with limited variety but good taste.

The stay was okay. However, i forgot my phone charger, which was duly couriered (at my cost) back upon request. Mr. Deep Maithani took personal interest in the process....thanks a lot to the administration of the hotel for such care and action after our checkout.

Do not book there standard/base category room. They smell like gutter. The hotel staff knows this. If you will fight with them they will upgrade your room if you will not fight with them, you will suffer. Many other guest fought and upgraded there room to superior category and I did not fight so i was asked to pay 2000 extra if I want to upgrade.
Food / restraunt is good and not overpriced. You will find variety with good price options. This is the only good thing about the hotel.
Again , the hotel staff and managers knows there standard (without window) rooms smells like gutters, but they do not acknowledge it untill you fight with them.
Poor experience, I stayed there for 2 night 3 days and I would say I definately wastred my money . I paid for 9000 for 2 nights for standard room including breakfast

We went for a family trip after two years of covid this was the first time we were going out and I booked this hotel in advance they charge you like five star property and their service are worst thn a tea stall vendor, hotel staff s behavior was very bad 👎 I have order tea I had to call 3 times to get the tea deliver to my room it almost took 1 hr to deliver the tea.this was minor thing we thn visited their restaurant for dinner only 5 tables were filled which means it wasn't crowded nobody came to take the order for good 20mins i asked a waiter to bring the menu he never turned up we did wait for 1 hr just for menu I was visiting with a child who was hungry I did not have strength to argue with the staff absolutely inefficient staff we left the resturent at 10pm and visited hotel amris it's a next hotel to natraj their staff was so helpful and courteous and they were closing the resturent ut they helped us as we had kid with us God I felt I should have booked this place rather thn hotel natraj with no value to customers they should learn to value their customers and thier time i asked for a water bottle it was a strong reply from the staff it's chargeable i was so Paranoid they took 130 rs for water bottel and guess how much time this took to deliver water to my room i paid for 130 rs for water bottel and had to wait for another 30mins .. Absolutely miserable service I wasn't happy to stay at this the breakfast is a scam I the morning the taste is okay not a great taste variety of breakfast is limited. The only good thing is their rooms it's clean and big..

4 star hotel for 6000 rupees a night. What a joke... Electricity on/off the whole day. Wi-Fi not working. Get your self a better place. The dinner is not served on time and when something is finished, the don't fill up

Hotel was booked for wedding of our daughter on 24th to 27th October, 23. It was excellent stay and memorable wedding event professionally coordinated by Mr. SATENDER MANAGER . Rooms and services were good and upto our expectations. However, there are things to be improved like room cleaning and hygiene especially in studio category, more professional approach etc. Overall it is nice property to be recommended for such events. It's is approachable and specious with parking slots, swimming pool. Manager and staff are quite cordial and cooperative.

I booked hotel from makemytrip by paying 100% amount . During the checkout Hotel asked me to pay again and didn't accept my makemytrip invoice and amount paid. Later speaking to there manager they acknowledged that they have charged me wrongly but not gave me anything in written. Makemytrip and Hotel both are trying to throw ball in each other court. I recommend not to book this hotel , probably ethics is missing .

Good place to stay, amazing food, great staff and ambience. The GM Ashok Tanwar and the restaurant staff, especially Yatan, were very friendly and made our stay even better. Location is good, easily accessible. Sufficient parking spaces are available.

Last weekend we attended our family wedding at natraj rishikesh ..... hospitality level was too good ...... food / food presentation , entire staff and importantly decoration was amazing They were ready to provide us whatever we asked for without any hesitation.
