Located directly off of the I-15 Interstate in sunny St. George, Utah, the Clarion Suites (formerly the Comfort Suites) is an award winning property in the Choice Hotel Chain. A free full hot breakfast is offered to our guests every day. All mini suites are equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker. Close to Zion National Park, Bryce, North Rim Grand Canyon, Dixie State College, Dixie Convention Center and Tuacahn Amphitheater.

After driving 750 miles, all we needed was a clean quiet place to sleep for the night before heading back out on the road and the Clarion was that and a whole lot more, what a find. The inexpensive price lured me, the positive reviews brought me in and staying one night hooked me, I found my place to stay for every future trip I pass through St. George. I was greeted with a happy friendly face at 930 PM, the king suite was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfy, bathroom was large and clean. The breakfast has real oatmeal, cheese for your scrambled eggs and all the usual morning foods for all appetites. I only wished I had time to enjoy the gorgeous pool and inviting hot tub, Clarion was above and beyond my expectations.

This is one of the hotels that was good for family stay. Room was neat and clean ( told by my wife who is very concerned about cleanliness of any hotel we stay). So it was wife approved! Breakfast was very good...there were 3 dedicated people serving breakfast and cleaning tables and making sure all the food were topped off every few minutes. I have already made it my favorite hotel to stay in St. George. We are planning to stay again soon.

I spend 200-250 nights a year in hotels. This one was a quick one night stay. How I wish I could have been assigned to work this area just so I could stay here for longer. The room, #142 was in the back of the hotel, where it was nice and quiet. I wasn't recognized as a Diamond member, which oddly enough bothered me a bit. When you are a faithful customer it is the little things that count, right? The gal at the front desk was pleasant and processed me quickly, which I was grateful for, having just driven 350 miles. The room was great. Large, plenty of lighting, plenty of plugs and usb ports, lots of good television channels and lightening fast internet. All the furniture was in good working order, the bed comfortable, and extra blanket and pillows in the armoire, which I needed. Carpet was clean as was the doors and door jambs. (You can always tell the little things that make a difference) The heating/cooling unit worked well and there was plenty of hot water for a nice long shower. Bathroom was large compared to a lot of places I have stayed. A single cup coffee maker, shampoo, etc. Plenty of towels. Did I say PLENTY of towels? Hotel is centrally located, easy access to freeways, restaurants and gas stations. They provide a full HOT breakfast, which seems to be happening less and less. I didn't eat anything, so cant say if it was decent or not but the room was packed, and other travelers seemed to be enjoying it. I just grabbed a yogurt, coffee and orange for my day before checking out. The only downfall I would be remiss if I didn't mention is the couch could use a good cleaning and the yogurt from the breakfast was expired, which I didn't notice until later in the day. Not a LITTLE expired, like expired on December 28th, and this was January 29th Stay with confidence that you will be safe (important to we single female travelers) and you will be comfortable.

Stayed here last week for a night with family.Room was spacious and nice except for the very dirty sofa which I wouldn’t touch. Breakfast was above average with eggs, bacon and waffles.Clarion either clean the furniture or take it out of the room.

This was a spacious room with view over the pool area. The breakfast is probably the best breakfast bar we have ever experienced in a hotel in this price range. Great location as the River Trial is behind the building or cross the street and take the trail all the way for 11 total miles of paved trail.

This hotel is a little dated, but serves it's purpose. The breakfast options are good if you are looking to take advantage of that it's built into the price. We stayed here for a weekend getaway and didn't have any issues. Parking gets to be a little crowded on certain sides of the hotel, if you are staying near the pool there will usually be a bit of a walk to your room. The cleanliness of the rooms has a bit to be desired, there was a stain on our comforter & we quickly took it off and didn't use it. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly.

We have stayed there for a total of 8 nights over the last 3 weeks. First of all, our favorite person at the front desk is by far Diana. A super nice lady, knows her job very well, very nice, etc. Can't say enough. The rooms are nice, we had a king sized bed upstairs. The rooms upstairs are a king sized bed, a full sized couch, and a desk with chair. There are 2 things that would be good for them to change.... 1) to get a "Do not disturb sign that you can stick in the room key card slot. The one they have, you hang on the door and it falls off. 2) lower wattage light bulbs in the bathroom. We unscrewed 3 of the 5 lights as it ws just too bright. Especially first thing in the morning. The older maintenance guy was super nice as well. He was always in a good mood even when working on a sunday! You can walk from the front door of the hotel to Denny's in one minute. To Burger king in 2 minutes. To dairy queen in 3 minutes. Not the newest hotel but clean, nice and friendly. Thank you Diana!!!

I stayed here b/c of another review that noted how clean this hotel is, and I would agree - the room and bathroom were super clean, though the carpet could use replacing. The hotel is easy to find and located among a number of chain restaurants and not far from groceries, etc for resupply. It was a little noisy with other guests while I was there (I think there was a cheer competition in town) but all of it was happy noise - lots of kids playing in the pool and families having a good time. What really put this place over the edge for me is that I made a HUGE mistake and booked a non-refundable reservation...for the same day that I booked it, aka the day before I arrived. Luckily the hotel found a room for me despite it being a friday and they applied my balance toward the new room rate. They were super understanding and three different people went out of their way to help me. That is a true differentiator for me!

I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, but this is hands down the best place to stay ever. Large over sized parking for our trucks. Full hot Breakfast, tons of great food, eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, French toast, hot cereal, cold cereal, waffles, homemade sweet rolls, homemade muffins, juices breads. I'm not kidding this is the best breakfast ever. New remodeled fitness room with new equipment. Beds are comfortable with the best sleep ever.

Pulling sheets back, found dry food and stains on flat sheet. Called front desk and while talking to them, found hairs all over the lampshade, plastic ties on floors. Front desk asked if we wanted to move, it was after 10pm and I just pulled sheet off bed. Gross. Won't stay there again
