We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed our visit. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was not self service but they had staff members there that were very kind and prepared a togo box/bag for you. The front desk was also very kind. They gave us change so we could use the laundry area and also directed us to the closed laundry to our room.

We booked the anniversary suite for our 26th anniversary after reading some pretty amazing reviews. Can I say it exceeded expectations! Check in was such a pleasant experience. Staff made you feel like they were genuinely interested in you. Room was absolutely amazing! Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and unforgettable! There was a card signed by all of the staff and rose petals and tea lights all over the room. There was a complimentary sparkling apple cider in the refrigerator and some glasses to pour it in. The breakfast staff were amazing! Super friendly! It was nice to have a hot grab and go option for breakfast instead of the cold breakfast that has been the standard at hotels since Covid hit. In this time of a health scare I would hope hotels would step up their normal cleaning
At breakfast the cook came down the stairs using the railing then came over and took the same hand and put the biscuits in the warmer without gloves I inquired and the person name was Shelly one of the cooks.
I wasn't going to mention about how dirty our floor were in the pet friendly room. I have a mini Schnauzer her beard always dribbles so I wiped it up the rag turned black.
Just for people information our room had a sunken tub which was hard to get into, be care getting out tiles are slippery.

While there were many aspects that I liked about this hotel (like the breakfast), I felt very frustrated with the communication (or the lack thereof). I booked directly on the Best Western webpage, however, I found it impossible to receive any reply to my request for a quiet room - at least a reply that I could have trusted.
At the hotel, I again mentioned that I like a quiet room and was ensured that my room was quiet. I actually even went back to the lobby twice. Why did they lie to me? I could hear the road, I could very clearly hear kids screeming in the pool, I could hear every move the guests above me made, the cardio machine was right behind my bed and every time someone ran, I could feel every step. For a quiet expensive suite, I really expected more than "we never had a complaint in that room."
I wanted to extend my stay, but was not willing to have a downgrade while paying full price for a suite - nor was I willing to pay for a quiet suite that was everything else than quiet. I had such a great experience at another Utah Best Western, why in the world was this Best Western not willing to be honest? My situation could have been solved so easily before my arrival, at my arrival, or anytime during my stay.

It sounds like you stayed in one of our Eastwing rooms (indoor pool building). Definately not the quietest location. I'm not sure if you stayed in a room with one king bed or two queen beds, but I do want to mention that if/when you do stay with us again please request a room in our Kings Row section. This section is a single row of king bed rooms and is only one level, so no chance of other guests staying above you. It is also away from both of our pools. I'm sorry this wasn't the location you were assigned when you stayed with us. I'm also sorry for the poor response you received from Front Desk. Went on vacation with my significant other and we got a honey moon sweet with the heart shaped tube. The room was beautiful but they upsetting part is that when I went to check in they asked if I wasted them to come and clean my room everyday and I said yes. We were staying there 5 days and 4 nights so i knew the room might get stuffy. Well the first night we had the do not disturb sign out because if didn’t really need to be cleaned. Well the next day we planned our whole day around them coming to our room so we made sure we were gone. Well 4 hours later after we did our errands amour room is still not cleaned. We called and asked if we can just come down to the front and get some clean towels and toilet paper and they respond that people were coming to clean our room right now. Well we just had a busy day. I was ready for a nap! But I wanted my room cleaned so we went to the pool for 2 hours was we thought they would come clean our room. When we got back... SURPRISE the room still has not been cleaned. Finally I just wanted down stairs and told them I need towels and toilet paper cause I wasn’t going to give th a chance to try and tell me someone is coming to clean the room because clearly nobody is coming. So then on the day we check out.. remind you. Check out is at 11am we are laying in bed still and at 9 in the morning we hear someone knock and say “housekeeping” like at this point I’m checking out! I don’t even care anymore if you clean my room now. But at 9 AM!!! We were both in bed still. Like really??????

Dear Guest, I am so sorry to hear about the mishaps with housekeeping, this is completely unacceptable. I am so sorry that you were not able to spend the time you were here with us in a comfortable clean room, especially when you had asked for it to be cleaned every day. I will make sure that I pass this note onto our head housekeeper and make sure that she knows what was going on so that she can pass it onto her housekeepers. I am also sorry to hear that housekeeping was bothering you so early on your vacation, especially on your last day here. I am sure you and your significant other were trying to get the most out of your stay and that was not possible when you were bothered so early. I will also be letting our managers know so that they can be sure that this never happens again. I am glad that you enjoyed our new mattresses that we just put in our rooms and that you were able to have a good nights sleep. I'm also glad to hear you enjoyed sunny St. George and how close we are to the downtown area and many places to eat. The lady serving breakfast was exceptional and friendly, the food was good, and loved the safety precautions adhered to in serving breakfast. We asked if it was possible to get a crib as an amenity in one of our rooms, and the response was yes, not yes, but it will be at a daily extra cost, for a pack and play, which we would have brought ourselves, had we been informed of this. Our adult son had some noise concerns at night, and the "heated" indoor pool, should have been warmer, although my 2 yr old was too excited to swim to pass it up. Overall an enjoyable stay, and worth the rate we paid.
The front desk staff were very friendly and the lady serving breakfast was exceptional and kind. The breakfast options were good and our room was nice.

This is how an older hotel should be: clean, updated, plenty of parking close to your room and most importantly, a fantastic, friendly & helpful crew.
This Best Western redeemed my not-so-great Best Western experience from the night before in another state. (Two bad stays in a row would have been unbearable!)
From the moment I checked in with a very pleasant young lady named Emma at the front desk, I knew my stay was going to be nice. She was professional, sweet & welcoming seeming to understand weary travelers late at night.
I was checked in within moments and in my requested ground floor room within minutes.
There was plenty of parking so I was able to back in just feet from my room door, unload, get showered, pop on Jammies and turn on TV.
Relaxation at last!
The next morning, I lost my keys and everyone on the housecleaning & maintenance teams were so kind & helpful while I was panicking. (Yes, I found them.)
The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is because there were a few things in the rooms that needed to be replaced and could be done so at minimum cost; rusted & dented garbage cans, bed covers that aren’t snagged everywhere & the occasional deep clean. Also, I noticed no laundry bags and no note pads & pens my last few stays which have come in handy in the past.
All in all, great people, comfortable stay-would do it again in a heartbeat,

Best Western Coral Hills has been an amazing place for us to stay. Every year in October, our ladies slo-pitch teams come to St. George to compete in the Huntsman World Senior Games. We stay at the Best Western Coral Hills because we love it there!! The rooms are perfect and reasonably priced for what we need, the staff at the front desk are always pleasant and accommodating, the kitchen crew are amazing and treat us very well (even adding bacon in the breakfast buffet), not to mention the smoothies they create for us....yummy!! The cleaning and maintenance staff are awesome too, always making sure our rooms are looked after. We have spent countless hours in the pool and hot tub over our 9 year repetitive stay there. I work closely with Jenn for our team bookings and she is second to none! Jenn has been very flexible and accommodating to make sure we are taken care of and even had a lovely thank you basket put together for me last year. Now that is great customer service!! :-) Sad to say that due to COVID-19 this year, the games were cancelled and we were not able to travel to the US for our stay at Coral Hills. All of us were deeply disappointed that we were not able to be there, but we are hopeful that we will be back again next year in full force. To all the staff at Coral Hills....we really missed you this year! See you in 2021!

We have never brought a pet, it was decided last minute to bring our dog. I let the person know at check in. We were told they didn't have a pet room clean yet & they'd call when ready in about a half hour (mind you this was at check-in time 4pm so shouldn't all rooms have been ready?) We never got a call so we returned in about 45 min. He said the room was ready. Later that evening there was a complaint about our dog yelping. We had left him in the kennel when we went to the pool. The front desk guy claimed we didn't tell him we had a pet & were not in a pet room so would have to move after we were all settled in half unpacked. Later we felt we were lied to about this & that it was just re: the complaint. Yes our dog was crying & we were very embarrassed & never let it happen again, but couldn't we have just gotten a warning Did we really have to be moved... We were also later told we weren't allowed to leave the dog by itself when WE called to let the front desk know we were going to dinner & if they received a complaint to call we'd come straight back. SO what do I do with the dog when we go to eat? There was no sign saying dogs not allowed at the pool, many people brought their dogs in. All were on leashes no issues. We didn't want to leave the dog after he had cried in the room alone & now knew apparently wasn't allowed to be left. Randomly some employee comes & tells us the dog isn't allowed at the pool. If these are all the rules fine but make us aware at the beginning of the stay in written form, a sheet of paper with pet policies!
The cleanliness of the room was below average. I am not super picky on hotel cleanliness but expect the basics. Top complaint, the inside of thetoilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a good month, even worse in the lobby toilet. Although hotel bedspreads are always slightly nasty these ones were extremely worn & need to be replaced. The maid woke us up day 1 of our vacation just before 9 AM, we asked she come back when she did at nearly 4PM, I think all she did was replace some towels & empty the garbage, our beds weren't made, coffee not replaced. There was no do not disturb sign provided.
The front desk employee's were all indifferent, none were extremely helpful or kind.
Definitely the worst experience we've ever had at a Best Western. Not the worst experience I've ever had at a motel but definitely the worst for a franchise I stay at very often & expect more from.

My sincerest apologies Nikole, I want to extend my sincerest apologies out to you for not exceeding your expectations with us here at the Coral Hills. I am so sorry to hear about the issues with you bringing your pet with you. Unfortunately, we had to do away with the pet paper due to COVID. However, we should make sure to tell our guests all of our policies we have with our pets since they do not have the opportunity to read them for themselves and sign the waiver. I am so sorry to hear that you had to move after you had already settled in your room. We try to make sure that all of our guests are in pet-friendly rooms who come to stay with us are all in one building to make sure that we can also accommodate our guests who have pet allergies with a room that is kept pet-free. I'm also sorry to hear that the front desk attendant did not tell you when you called that pets were not allowed in the room unattended, this should be fixed and I will make sure I pass the note on so that this never happens again. Regarding pets at the pool, I will make sure that our signs are updated to make sure that there is no more confusion regarding pets at the pool. We love seeing our furry friends who stay with us and we love being able to accommodate them, so thank you for the review so that we can make sure that we can best accommodate you and other guests who bring their furry friends with them in the future. I am so sorry to hear that your room was not ready at check-in time. Our housekeeping department has been short-staffed and our management team has been trying their best to help them with making sure rooms are ready on time. However, when we are sold out and the majority of our guests leave there are a lot of rooms for so few people to clean. Regarding the cleanliness of your room, this is completely unacceptable I will make sure that I let housekeeping know that they need to be doing a more thorough job of cleaning the rooms to make sure all of our guests feel safe in their room when they come to stay with us. I'm sorry to hear that your room wasn't cleaned during your stay. Due to COVID housekeepers are not supposed to enter any occupied rooms unless asked to by the guest which can be relayed to the front desk attendant at check-in so it can be put in the housekeeping notes. Again I want to apologize for the experience you had here with us and I hope that you consider staying with us again in the future so that we can provide you with a superior experience. Yes there was a elevator in the bulding we stayed in but had to use room key card to enter building to acess the elevator.
It starts at 6:00 - as early risers you'll be in and out quick before it fills up with kids waiting in the waffle-maker line.
YES, we do have pet friendly rooms, please be certain to request one. There is a $20/day pet fee.
We have two room types that have a spa in the room:
The Honeymoon/Anniversary Suites have the Spa in the room with eternity mirrors, 52" TV with DVD, Fireplace, microwave, fridge and king size bed.
The Junior suite is much like a standard king room with the addition of the garden spa that is in the guest room.
I am sooo sorry for missing your question! YES, we do have two honeymoon suites that include a king size bed, large heart shaped spa-tub with eternity mirrors, a 52" TV, DVD player, fireplace, fridge and microwave. I am sorry I missed your question, perhaps we can have you back for your anniversary?
