My wife and I really enjoy our stay at this hotel. We had a very spacious comfortable suite. The food was delicious with great selections. The people at the front desk, swimming pool, and restaurant were very attentive. The only negative was the temperature at the pool. It was too cold to my preference. In general, my experience was memorable!
We have been all over Park City and the Waldorf stands out from all the other hotels. The friendly staff, the great food, and the hotel itself makes you feel wanted from the moment you arrive. I definitely recommend the Waldorf to anyone traveling to this wonderful place. Enjoy!!!
Staff is excellent. Took my two dog and they could not be more accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. What stands out about the Waldorf is there service, excellent and professional. I would not stay anywhere else when I’m visiting Park City.
We’ve stayed at our share of luxury/hotels resorts but the Waldorf Astoria Park City was up there with some of the best. We were staying there overnight, on our way to Jackson and Yellowstone. I went to town in the evening with our car, so I can’t comment on their food, shuttle service, or activities associated with the hotel. Two things that really stood out for me. The first: the staff, they were amazing. They were very accommodating to our various requests. They were also very helpful and very eager to make sure our stay was extraordinary. The second: a week before we were to arrive, I received an email asking me what they can do to make my stay exceptional. I responded and they helped facilitate some questions/preferences/desires that we had. Some of the amenities we loved and appreciated: smores in the firepit in the evening, large heated pool with double hot tubs/jacuzzi with one adult only, spacious rooms with lots of extra comforts, large gym with a separate room for Peletons and another for pilates/yoga. Also the location is great if your there over winter for skiing, with the lifts next to the resort. Overall, the experience we received at Waldorf Astoria Park City was exceptional and we highly recommend staying there.…
The hotel is across the street from the lift. Instead of taking the lift down, you could ski down to the street level. The general manager and Jackie at Concierge provided exceptional service! Ski butlers are onsite.
I have stayed at many resorts and this tops all! Stay was to regroup from surgery, husbands illness, and generally a series of unfortunate circumstances, but also a birthday celebration!. The hotel staff could not do enough to offer personalized care during our stay! Rarely is the entire staff concerned to complete a stay- this is not the case at WA- Park City! thank you for the awesome customer service! Thank you from Karen H. Florida visitor
Our anniversary stay here in Park City was excellent! The service by the pool, the s’mores in the evening, and especially the upgraded room, all exceeded our expectations. The valets and shuttle driver were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.....special shout-out to Javier who gave us some great sightseeing ideas! The food here I would rate a 4, but worth trying. Drinks were yummy! We will definitely be back..... with the family next time!
Just returned from a girlfriend trip to Park City Waldorf Astoria. From the moment we entered the hotel until check out we felt special. As a Gold Hilton Honors, I was able to upgrade to a Superior Suite which was very spacious for our 3 night stay. The staff goes over the top to make you feel welcome! David, checkin, Megan & Luis in the Powder restraurant, Debra, concierge.......all were amazing. Any staff member you passed in the hallway ALWAYS spoke and acknowledged guests. I cannot wait to return!
We stayed here from 7/12-7/14/22 in room 6126. It was our third consecutive July visit. The hotel is very nice, easy to find, has a nice pool and restaurant and runs a shuttle downtown (starts at 3 pm). Parking is valet only ($35/day) and the valet staff is excellent. Room 6126 is a Jr suite, which is a larger room with a balcony, sitting (pullout couch) area and a small kitchen area. It's a decent sized room, with a fridge (no freezer), microwave, nespresso machine, a two burner stove, and a decent sized bathroom. It's not a suite in the traditional meaning of the term. Housekeeping was excellent and they have reinstated "turn down service" which was a treat. Presently, it faces a construction site, the workers start around 6:30 am and finish around 5 pm. The bathroom had limited counter space, one elec. outlet, a nice jetted tub and shower (note it's about a 2 foot step up into the tub and the shower head is not adjustable). We thought the room was OK but not as nice as the ones we were in the previous years. We had breakfast in the restaurant two of the mornings and thought the breakfast was very good and the service excellent to good. It is pricey for breakfast but it's a Waldorf. Check in and out went smoothly. The front desk staff was helpful, they offer a "s'mores" station at night which was fun (you toast the marshmallows on the fire pit in front of the pool entrance) and free coffee from 6 to 10 am on the days we were there. A couple of tips: 1. To lock the balcony deadbolt you need to turn the inside handle up 2. the TV pulls out of it's wall space and can be adjusted so that it can be seen from the bed…
A perfect place for a long weekend getaway. It’s not a huge resort so you actually see the staff frequently and they get to know your names. We are out most nights but stayed in one night and were thrilled we did. Powder is a fantastic restaurant. The rooms are beautifully appointed and roomy. We faced inwards to the pool and loved the vibe. We will go back again!
