We’ve been on the road for a week and this is the BEST RV/campground we have been to! You won’t find a more breathtaking view with the amenities. We can walk to hot, clean showers and laundry and also walk out the other way and hike in arches and canyons. Our kids have loved it! The staff is very helpful, the facilities are clean and maintained, and anything we need is right here. We are already hoping to come back another time! The view of Monument Valley through the canyon walls is just perfect.
A one night stay at Goulding's historic venue was fun. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of some of the Monument Valley landmarks. We ate dinner at the restaurant and, while a limited menu, the burgers were good. The restaurant is not open for breakfast, but there is a convenience store just down the hill which had coffee and donuts.
The cabins are in an excellent location and close to a camp store and restaurant. The views are spectacular and the price of a room competes with any hotel. Plus the rooms are spacious and very clean. I would definitely recommend.

We had a balcony room overlooking the valley. First rate check-in and check-out service. The weather was cold. Snow had occurred a few days earlier and it was starting to melt. the roads in the Monument Valley are dirt and I quickly realized that although I had four wheel drive, I did not want my vehicle covered in mud. there was a guided tour sponsored by the hotel available. We took it and were thrilled with the information and sites. NO MUD on my truck!
Very reasonable lodging rates for the immediate area. Basic room had a nice view of Monument Valley. On site stores and restaurants. Room reservations were online and easy. Check in and out was efficient and easy with friendly staff. Winter time is quiet and a great time to see the Monument Valley Navajo Park.
The views over Monument Valley are staggering; this hotel is worth staying just for that. The room is a decent size, comfortable and warm. Dinner and Breakfast is very good and very tasty. A view around the small museum is highly recommended. If you’re in the area, you must stop here for a night.
Clean, quiet, and well-kept campground. The sites were gravel, and well spaced with trees between a few depending on the site. Lots of pull-through sites for those that don't like backing in. The campground has a fenced dog park located across the street from the office. There is a small store and a laundry facility on site. The campground is located a little over five miles from Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park. You can also see a bit of Monument Valley from the campground.
Very nice campground with a wonderful view. Full hook up and we were almost alone. Pits for fire and tables at every spot. Very recommended. A pity that the indoor pool advertised was closed for the winter.
I've always wanted to stay here because of its location and history, and I still haven't. We were supposed to stay two nights here and have a tour. But when we arrived the power was out. It had been out for 15 hours, we learned. We were afraid of not having a room. So we left and went to Kenyatta. I reached Gouldings on the telephone and explained why we left. They understood, waived the cancel penalty and immediately refunded my tour money. Such an upstanding response by them. You don't find such service very much anymore. I still want to stay here someday.
