The key doesn't ever work so don't pee your pants trying to get the door key card to work because it never worked without going back to the desk and having it updated , and there's no trash can or coffeemaker in the room the breakfast is a cold mini muffin from a bulk supermarket, but I felt safe and altho everything needs remodeled it was basically clean .

So when I checked into this location, it was kind of late so I was tired I have been traveling. I wasn’t aware that I was supposed to have a sofa in the room so the first room they gave me was really dirty. so the lady showed me around and I chose a room on the third floor, which was a handicap room and choosing that room we had issues with the toilet not flushing there was cannabis left on the counter. There was dirty stuff on the walls. The hot water was so hot in the sink but not hot in the shower. My 11-year-old son got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes, and even though I have pictures showing how I left the room and took pictures of how the room was dirty and had damage before we came in the room I was told that my family damage the wrong, but this was only after I made several complaints only after I wrote a review that was not so great and I attempted to do five more days because I didn’t have a choice This place is horrible. The people are horrible the grab and go. Breakfast is horrible. It’s a very ghetto low-grade place and I would not recommend you going here unless you absolutely had no other choice. And I have photos of the room after I left , the trash bags on the coin I even took. This is total discrimination. The pictures I posted are after our stay. I have more for soon as we checked in

I made the mistake of opting for an inexpensive room and paid the price with my health. I should have known that I made a mistake as I walked down the hall way and saw obvious evidence of repairs, renovations, and makeshift solutions. After three attempts to alert management, I was told that my observations were incorrect. Apparently, the mold that I clearly saw on the ceiling over the bathtub was not mold, but rather a lack of caulk between the bathtub and wall. You can imagine my relief that no mold was present, along with my silutaneous concern that I have lost the ability to tell up from down. I quickly ran outside to see if the sun had began residing below my feet while grass grew above my head. Once again, relief that I could still accurately decipher the difference between what I see above my head and what I see below my head, washed over me along with simultaneous concern that I was dealing with a level of incompetence riveled only by those in charge of serving frozen food after midnight and those appointed to run our federal government. The final insult came by the way of deafening silence as I waited for a representative of high enough position to contact me, if for no other reason than to ensure that I wasn't operating heavy machinery while in my new found state of altered perception. Certainly, a person that has lost the ability to correctly perceive what is above their head from what is below their head should not be driving a car, or even venturing out into public spaces. I am disheartened to tell you that as I sit here watching the grass grow above my head and the birds fly below my feet, no efforts have been made to contact me. Given my altered state of perception, I feel compelled to involve a third party for the benefit of future guests. In addition, my growing concern that the entire Extended Stay America organization has fallen victim to the same psychosis responsible for my altered state, thus causing them to look upwards as they reach for a telephone or computer when attempting to contact me, is more than enough grounds for a welfare check. I would do this myself, but I fear I might injure myself and others as I struggle to see stoplights on the ground and lane dividers in the sky. Fear not, as soon as I figure out how to take a leak in my toilet that has oddly repositioned itself on to the ceiling, I will determine the appropriate agency to report my suspicions of mold, incompetence, negligence, and utter disregard for the welfare of their guests. I suspect that multiple agencies will qualify for receipt of my findings. If deaf ears persist, I will dust off the old MOPP gear, secure an Uber, and perform a little lone wolf recon. Code name: FUBAR! Objective: Identify sh**birds ROE: Speak slowly and use small words Risk Assesment: Potential loss of all faith in humanity Enemy Position: Fortified in stupidty, armed with excuses of mass distraction, emboldened by apathy and complete lack of pride Additional Intel: Embedded asset reported "Don't waste too much time, they won't give a s**t. They can't tell their head from their a$$. I mean literally! These people don't know the difference between up and down. It's a lost cause." Wheels down at 0900!!!! Signing off, Whiskey. Tango. F**K.

Run miles away from this place. I was looking for a negative rating but couldn't find it. Dont be fooled, the five star reviews are all false. The manager is a horror story. Her day job is to scream and yell at the guests and if you protest she will evict you there and then. This is what happened to me. I arrived at the hotel from a long, delayed flight at 2.30 am. I had made the booking 2 weeks earlier. As I had hardly slept for a couple of hours, Suddenly, this woman calls screaming and yelling at 7:30, asking me to get out of the hotel because my credit card was declined.(which was a lie). Horrified and half asleep, I called their senior management who were equally horrified and asked me to stay put till they sorted things out. In a few minutes they called me back. Apparently she yelled at them as well. They asked me to move to their Stafford location which is a s**t hole but I didnt have a choice and didnt have a car. I collected my stuff, called Uber and moved there. The staff was very friendly but the hotel reeked of marijuana. I thought I had no choice but to stay there till the weekend. I wrote my story on Google Reviews to which the senior Management immediately responded, apologising and saying they will investigate the matter. Guess what? I get a call at my workplace within hours of writing the review, asking me to leave. I have written dozens of negative reviews if I have complaints and dozens of positive ones when I am happy. The decent companies always get back to me and we have a discussion about how things can improve. I usually end up removing the negative ones once the company has heard me out. NEVER have I seen this kind of reaction. Just goes to show the resident staff, specially the manager has absolutely no accountability and can do whatever they can. Besides this incident, none of the amenities advertised are provided. The pool is permanently closed, the kitchen does not have a single plate or pan, the elevator doesnt work and the rooms are not cleaned for more than a month. I have documented proof of everything I have written here.

The room was Ok so that’s why not one star On Check in the desk person says we only do housekeeping once a week because of Covid….now we all know that’s a lie. It has nothing to do with Covid ( she is en laughed when I said that because she knew, but that what they hold her to say, so nothing against her at all). It’s an excuse to not give good customer service I left my key card in the room, it was nice that they gave me another one, but the security, different person, did not ask for iD or even a name, anyone could have just said I need a key for room X and got it, you have someone after you that may not work out well for you Not service or anything. But the hotel has nothing within walking distance Like I said. The room was clean so that a positive. For $70 bucks I was Ok and got two nights but i don’t think I’ll stay here again

I do not recommend staying here. I walked in and the lobby floor was dirty and filthy. There were people sitting on the floor like they were homeless and no furniture in the lobby (as pictured) and another person sitting in a chair blaring music in the hallway.... then there were people outside of the property that were "smoking something" and they looked at my car like...ummm. (I have a Lexus) I did not feel safe at all. I tried to give it a chance with the room...NOPE! The card they activated didn't work and it look me several times to get the door opened. Once I finally got into the room, there were red stains on the carpet. It looked like old blood. I was hoping it was finger nail polish...Kitchen was filthy and the room smelled funny. I checked out immediately and booked another room down the street that was very clean and accommodating.

We stay at ESA motels 3-4-weeks/year, but this one was our first negative experience. While we waited to check in, a lady who had just checked in returned to get some more wash cloths. There was only one for four people. The lady at the desk told her to come back in the morning, when the day shift would help her. We weren't surprised to find that there were no wash cloths in our room. I spoke to the lady on the day shift, but her only response was, "We're always running short of those.” A bigger surprise came from under a hand towel on the counter. A roach ran across the counter when I moved it. I knocked it into the lavatory and flushed it with hot water. A little while later, we killed a much larger roach under the desk. Think the total was 8 in 5-days. There weren’t any hangers in the closet, and no lighting, either. There was no light at the desk, and none near the recliner. That one had no bulb, so I asked 3 different staff members, but none knew where to get a replacement bulb. We were in the area to help our son move and were exhausted every evening. We ran out of bottled water, so I followed the notice on the refrigerator and went to the 1st floor for a vending machine. I was told the only machines were on the 2nd & 3rd floors on the other end of the building. The one on the 2nd floor had been modified to take credit cards, rather than cash, but it didn’t work. After several futile tries, I went to the 3rd floor and found only an empty alcove where the machine had been located at some point. At least the bed was fairly comfortable and the heater maintained a constant temperature. The shower worked pretty well, once we discovered that the handle works backwards; starting out hot and decreasing to cold. We always take queen rooms and other ESA locations (Waukesha, WI is our most frequent stop) make better use of their space, have better lighting, and cleaner rooms. They also have much appreciated grab bars adjacent to the tub. Both have staffs that are polite, but the one in Waukesha also provides much better service. This motel is a big let down and we’ll never return to it.

I am very disgusted and feel very inconvenienced. I checked into my room today and everything looked okay on the surface but with more inspection I saw that it wasn't. The sofa bed has no sheets on it and there are unidentifiable stains on it. The elevator was dirty upon arrival. This hotel looked better online than in person. I asked for another room and we faced the same fate in there. More strange stains and the room smelled like somebody was trying to cover up a dirty smell. Not having a pleasant experience. Hope this hotel can get it together because its in a great area but it must maintain its standards especially for guests paying as much as we were going to. We paid $2000 in full for 27 nights here but we are being refunded because we can not stay in such conditions.
