I'm guessing that this is an old hotel that has been rebuilt from the frame with in the past few years. Staff was unable to confirm. Quite nice with only a few minor problems. They seem to be letting maintenance slip a little. An OUTSTANDING feature is that wifi, which is very good, requires no password or other stumbling blocks.

We stayed here because we came to a funeral and needed a budget place close to the memorial. Sure it had a few blemishes. No biggie. We checked in at 239am they charged us for 2 days. Walls very thin dogs next door barking all day and night. Do you even think management offered an apology moved us rooms or even told them anything. Nope. So we left early and hot another motel plus they flipped a breaker at 11am to turn off the air conditioner to hint us it was checkout time. Never again spend the extra $10 and stay elsewhere

Nice clean room, very quiet. We were tired and it was the most peaceful area we could find. We enjoyed our stay, it was just one night, but we got plenty of rest. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel chain, and so far, I have truly enjoyed it.

We booked the room through ABVI and informed them that we were just round the corner and would like to check in early (11.00 am) the reservation rep explained if there was rooms available it would not be a problem, but was she wrong. They wanted to charge us extra. So we declined , was upset as we have never had any issues with other ABVI. From the outside it looked pretty decent but we took the handicap room and was not happy with it. No hot water , room was bare as in no lamps/ lights / no plug ins for charger/ electric outlet . Their Breakfast was a joke. Good thing all we needed it for was to sleep and left by 8.30 am. I would NOT recommend this ABVI and would definitely go back to the usual ABVI we stay at when in San Benito as they were super friendly and very nice.NOT THIS ONE!
