We stayed one night while on a motorcycle road trip. Chose this property as it has its own restaurant next door so we wouldn't have to get back on the bikes as it is located a bit outside of the main town area. The room was clean and large (two queens). A bit on the older side but well maintained. Plenty of parking. Unfortunately the restaurant had a one hour wait for dinner (large to go order, understaffed was the unclear explanation). The front desk recommended a place in town which required a 3 minute tops taxi ride. She called the taxi which was a private car. 3 minutes later dropped us in front of the small restaurant and the driver said: "$20". Total rip. I'm still convinced the hotel staff was aware of the scam. We walked the 25 minutes back. We discovered there's a Subway a few minutes walk away across the main highway and a supermarket even closer. We ate in the hotel restaurant at breakfast and it was very good with large portions. Would stay again but would avoid the taxis.…
We were picking up a load from border control. I read all the reviews, called both motels and Landed on the Three Palms. Landed there for truck parking along with our 24' trailer, room was clean, large and comfy. Shower was a little glitchy, Oasis restaurant was fabulous, and the decor was a bit dated. Totally enjoyed our stay.
Front desk is very friendly. The place was clean and quite. We had a goods night sleep and the water pressure was excellent. The room was a bit out dated but for the price is was awesome. We would definitely stay there again if we come this way again.
We stayed here and we slept well. The sheets were clean, and so was the bathroom. The towels were old and scratchy, but clean. There were holes in the upholstery of the chairs in the room, and the casings around the door were really dirty. Not many other places to stay in Presidio, but I would only stay there if you have to.
This is a clean, well-located motel in the small town of Presidio near the border and close to the west end of Big Bend Ranch State Park. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and well-informed. The property has a nice-sized pool and a restaurant, the Oasis, at which we had an excellent Tex-Mex dinner.
