My family and I were very pleased with this hotel stay. We had two rooms for three nights. The rooms are large and appear to be recently painted.
The beds were comfortable, TV channels adequate. A desk, chair, microwave and small refrigerator were included. The bathroom was large and clean. Not spotless, but clean acceptable to my standards.
The front desk was largely unmanned unless a person stands there waiting to be noticed, probably on a monitor screen, at which time someone arrives from a back room. Some type of alert mechanism would be an excellent addition. But, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is more elaborate than self-serve breakfast usually is. There were hot eggs/sausage/potatoes/pancakes and waffles plus cereal and fruits. The dining area was really lovely and very large.
Our family loved being here. Absolutely recommend!

The room has everything you need, Just need a little more tidiness in the bathroom. Close to a lot of food places and nice staff........................................Will return if the price matches what I see at the time of Booking, I book one price and was charged another.

We had a quick weekend trip and this location and rates were just right. Late night staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was clean, breakfast was the standard fare where you can make your own waffles, with offerings of potatoes, eggs and a protein; along with toast, yogurt, muffins, juice tea and coffee. There's a clean outdoor pool and small work out space. It's not too far from stores or places to eat. I would book there again

A month ago we booked a king room. When we checked in we received 2 queens. We let the lady at the front desk know we didn't get the room we booked, explained we reserved a king suite. The lady said ok what's the problem, you still have a bed. The problem is we didn't reserve a queen. We were told our room was changed to meet the need of the hotel for other guests staying more than one night and she took $3.00 off the room. We wanted what we reserved. As Hilton Honor members we have never been treated this way.

Despite a confirmed reservation made three months ago, my elderly family members were told "no room is available." When attempting to call the front desk to help fix the situation I waited 8 minutes for someone to answer the line. When the front desk finally answered and I inquired about other rooms at nearby hotels I was met with a "what do you want me to do about it?" and "you'll have to call them yourself." It was late at night when my family attempted to check in. I confirmed the reservation two days prior. If the hotel had issues and couldn't honor their reservation, we should have been contacted. Hotels often offer rooms at neighboring properties, but there was no concern whatsoever for their supposed guests. I was able to get my family in at the Sugarland Marriot. This hotel seems very poorly run with little to no communication. I will look elsewhere when family is in town. My number is on my reservation and I would certainly appreciate a call about our unfortunate encounter with this hotel.

Housekeeping needs new management. There was food in the refrigerator from previous guest. The chair was filthy, I wouldn't put my bag on it. The thermostat was dirty even after I wiped it with disinfectant wipe. The walls in the room were dirty and the bed skirts desperately need washed. The full-length mirror looks like it was "cleaned" with furniture polish, as it was totally smeared. The bathroom left much to be desired for cleanliness as well. The elevator walls were likely cleaned by the same person who did the mirror in my room, except the smears did not go to the top. Looking at the pool from my window made me put my swimsuit away. The clock was not plugged in, and the lamps did not have USB outlets.
Breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Lobby was also clean.

This Hampton Inn appears to be a franchised location where the Owner is NOT reinvesting into the property to keep it maintained AND it is clearly showing. As a DIAMOND level member, the staff could care less. The room was not clean and it smelled. There were food and trash left in some of the drawers. The microwave had so,etching left in it. The bed was lumpy. Breakfast was sub-par. The coffee was cold.

Hampton Inn was always our favorite place to stay as it was consistently clean and reasonably priced. Now service and cleanliness is out the window. The room was okay but it did not have an ice bucket nor coffee. The front desk agent could not help as he did not have the key to where these things were supposedly kept by the room attendants. Since the rooms were not being serviced regularly at the end of the day the corridors and elevator entrances were littered with bags and bags of trash. Not a pretty sight when you are checking in late.

Make sure room air conditioner works. Needs cleaned or replace furniture that is stained or badly damaged. The whole place need some care. Not what you expect from a Hilton Rather pay more for a clean room

Stayed 3 nights and did not receive housekeeping once! Front desk attendant said I declined service, which is not true. I asked for more towels since all ours were dirty, but she wouldn’t give me any until I brought dirty ones to her. Then she would only give me 2 bath towels even though there were 3 people staying in the room. Uncomfortable beds and pillows.
