I have recentley returned from a weekend with girl friends staying at the udalla park apartments.Great location being a 5 min walk down to los cristionos beach were theres plenty going on&plenty of restaurants, but about a 15-20 min walk to the veronicas strip were all the night life is,easier to get a taxi only costing 5euros.The pool area was ok,had a pool bar,but not enough sun loungers to go round for everyone, had to grab them early! The rooms were ok,had no shower curtain&no hot water&never had the room cleaned or new towels for the 4 days we were there!wouldnt return again, but would stay else were in tenerife!

We stayed here at the end of March and had a lovely weekend, the hotel itstelf is basic but suitable for what we were after. The only downfall was the rooms we had. We stayed 3 in each room, so there were twin beds and a sofa bed. I had the sofa bed and upon pulling in open, I was covered in biscuit crumbs and a mascara brush was launched in to air! I can cope with that (just!) as long as the sheets were clean, which they were. There was no kettle/toaster etc in the room as you would expect self catering, you have to hire them but to be honest, we did not want to use the kichen as it was not in great shape! We also had visitors in the form of Ants but our friends next door had alot more! We stayed Fri/Mon and the cleaners never came at all, no towels or toilet rolls were given.

My husband and i stayed here in Nov.'10 for ten nights, at first we were a bit miffed at no kettle, toaster, hairdryer as we were here on self catering. I went to reception and said there is no kettle, the man said yes you are self catering so i had to hire one. The tv has to be fed euro coins but you only get news channel plus foreign stuff so not really worth worrying about. We were lucky our room faced to the back of hotel and you get the sun rising from behind the mountain so from about 8am we were out drinking tea on the balcony and the sun is there til late afternoon, god help you if your room faces out to the front cos you will be in the shade will have the road as a view. The beach at Los Christianos is lovely and there are loads of places to grab a beer or lunch, we

this place was as expected. No frills self catering apartments. the apartments were clean and as expected. Staff were freindly and curtious. We travelled as a group of guys so spent minimal time here as we were out a lot but time spend here was good and without any problems. it was a nice getway from the chaos of the clubbing area. Families with Children may expect a bit more tlc than this place offers but for a youngish group i would recommend it.

What a surprise this was for us. We came here on 1st Feb, welcomed by friendly staff and when we got to our room, we had absolutely no complaints. It was clean, and nicely decorated. We had a room on the top floor, which had a spiral stair case in the lounge area, leading onto a private roof terrace with loungers. The location for pubs/clubs was ok, about a 15 min walk away, or 5euros in a taxi. We took a walk down to Los Cristianos beach - a 5 min walk away - and it was stunning! Make sure you visit the water park; Siam Park, 30euros entry, but worth every penny. There is a free bus that runs from just down from the hotel which comes every half hour to take you there and back. The hotel pool is heated, and very clean. There was absolutely no entertainment at all ( don't know

could do with brighter lighting in reception, but staff are helpfull and friendly, went self catering so ate out at night. had some good food at aberdeen steak house on the patch near the beach, got ripped of at the LOS ANGELES cafe charged 18 euros for bottle san valentin wine it was 6 in the supermarket. ask for a top floor room they have a sunterrace on the roof great if you like privacy. near to everything, beach nightlife etc. will go again.

This was our 17th trip to Playa Americas and have stayed in a variety of locations only twice staying in same hotel/apartments.We always look for value when we go there and have never found that there is any bad accomodation wherever we go.This rates as good as any and is an excellent location being very convenient for main Los Cristianos beach and good variety of bars/restaurants.We thourghly enjoyed our stay here finding the apartments quiet, comfortable, clean with good service in all departments. The reception staff were extremely courteous and helpful.Poala in particular is an absolute treasure. We stayed on third(top) floor where room was on three levels with our own roof top terrace with sun beds. This would not be suitable room for children but everywhere else is good with

Well to all those who have written negative reviews shame on you, god know's what you were thinking!!! They really made me nervous but there was no need!! I wwas over visiting firends so was looking for somewhere suitable to stay on my own safe etc and this was perfect. I emailed before my arrival to explain and asked for a high floor and they replied saying this was no problem. On my arrival the staff were very friendly and very prompt. I was on the 4th floor and there were lifts so no problems getting my luggage up ( I had enough with me for a month lol). My room was really nice!! Very modern and was split on two levels with a spiral staircase to a private sun terrace. What more could I ask for!! The place was spotless one of the cleanest apartments I have stayed in and I
