Rooms are not the ones posted on the website. They are very old with old furnitures and need renovation immediately! We booked it because we liked the photos on the website but it was totally different! We told the guy at the reception and told us that he cant do anything. Very bad experience, very disappointed of what we saw. We booked this to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary, and if we had known it was going to be like this,we hadn't even considered this option! Here are the real photos

Just back from an 11 night stay here. We had a very pleasant stay. It was basic but everything you need! Staff were very friendly, especially Maria at the pool bar who makes the best mojitos!! Location is good too, loads of shops and restaurants just seconds away from the hotel. Would recommend!

I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone , Moved to Tenerife to travel on my own and decided I was going to stay 3 months here at udalla park ,they made my experience horrifying, the cost of my stay was €869 per month which was suppose to include your room being cleaned also with fresh towels and clean bed sheets , during my 3 months my room was cleaned maybe 5 times max I only got bed sheets once every 2 weeks I had to ask for them also , the majority of the staff are so rude , the man at reception at night time is by far the rudest man I’ve ever spoke to in my life , my room was a double room payed for 2 people so my friend came stay with me one night he wouldn’t let her in shouted in her face and was so so rude ,that was only one of the story’s not to mention I left

what more do you need from a quick week away. The hotel is friendly, in a great central location, REALLY clean, we had our room cleaned nearly every day. While we was there we had the worst sand storm on record, the following day the cleaners set to and worked wonders. the rooms are a good size for two, nice balcony and kitchen area. Last year we stayed on the back, very quiet, this year on the front and it got a bit noisy with it being on a main road, but it didnt spoil our stay. The pool is cool and fresh but welcoming. the location is a stroll from everywhere which we really like. Dont book with teletext though, nightmare, easier to email direct and just get your flights. if your mobile, ask for a topfloor room with the sun terrace

stayed in Hotel Udalla Park for one week for my Anniversary with 2 other couples, we stayed in room 113 from 25th of January 2020 till 1st February 2020. On arrival we didnt find the reception staff very friendly, we where given our key and we all went to our rooms, the first thing that hit us was the door didnt open more than 12 inches, we had to go into the bathroom and close the hall door to gain entry to our room. The door closed was stiff and wouldnt open properly. (See photo) The next thing was the smell, it was a dirty smell that was there all week dispite up going down and telling the same lady who was there all week and who checked us into your Hotel. There was also a strong smell of cigarettes in the room and as we dont smoke we found this disgusting. There was a no

We stayed here for 10 days during the summer and it was perfect for us. We had everything we needed; large bed area, full kitchen, balcony, rooftop terrace (perfect for sunbathing if don't want to go to pool). The staff were very helpful with any questions we had. The WiFi was free for entire stay and was strong throughout the entire complex. It is about a 10 minute walk to shops/restaurants/beach which is perfect if you want some quiet. The only flaws we had was the noise pollution from the street very early in the mornings so the balcony door had to be closed to minimise. And the room had no air con which made it very uncomfortable some nights.

We stayed here for 11 nights, welcomed by friendly reception staff, nice enough room, usual TV, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave. The room was clean and so was the toilet, which had a bath with shower over the bath worked ok once you adjusted the temperature had a slight leak fixed within an hour of reporting it. The room had 2 single beds and a fold down sofa for another 2 people, had a balcony which was facing the street at times it was a bit noisy but manageable. Had swimming pool which was clean and not too cold (it was September), pool bar plenty of loungers and seats even had four poster loungers. The room was cleaned every day except Thursday and Sunday. There were a couple of downsides No jug, No bowls for soup cereal etc, it sounds petty but you really don't know how

Only stayed here for one night whilst transiting to another location and it was a mixed stay. The Positives The hotel is well located close enough to everything including quite a few good restaurants yet a little away from the madness. The front of house people are efficient, friendly and very helpful so full marks there they really were very good. The hotel has an open air courtyard type pool which is clean, private and very asses able with a pool bar and everything else you may require. The rooms a a bedsit type with a kitchenette on slip level form the sleeping area. The hotel is constructed of two blocks one street facing and one pool facing. The Negatives We were street facing and the noise pollution from the street was pretty horrendous also the was a issue with the

Love it here close to everything, but away from the maddening crowd, pool small but very private not fighting for deck chairs, and not crowded like large hotels, has everything you want, toaster, jug, microwave and cook top, didn’t use most except jug for a cuppa, but didnt have to get dressed just for a cuppa. It is an apartment hotel, not plush but suited us, and internet is free for duration of stay.
