My Wife and I stayed there first 2 weeks in Feb' , the staff George, (on our arrival he sung ' supercalifragilisticexpialidocious' ). which I actually practiced for the 14 days before we left.

Vanessa, Ivan and Maria were so kind... and don't forget to visit Zicos, turn left and walk 20 yards... GREAT PLACE !

We’ve just got back from a week in Udalla park, I was slightly worried after reading reviews but I shouldn’t have been.
The room and all areas of the hotel were spotless at all times, all the staff were helpful and really friendly!
The room itself is spacious and clean, beds were comfortable with extra pillows in the wardrobe. It was very noisy as we were in room 123 on the first floor facing the main road and there is bars underneath, the bottle bins on the street are emptied all through out the night, it was a bit hard to get used to but for us personally it wasn’t a huge problem but it could be if you had children or like an early night.
There is no air con in the room but you’re made aware of that from the minute you book and the hotel offer a rental service, again we didn’t need it as it is November but in the summer best to order this before you go.
The bar pool drink/snacks are very reasonably priced with a mix of local and premium brands.
The pool is extremely cold but again I’m sure in the hotter summer months this would be welcomed! There is a life guard at the pool at all times and she is lovely!
The location is brilliant it’s within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and beach’s which again, are all really cheap prices while you’re there.
We enjoyed our stay so much we booked to go back before we had even left! Thank you to all the staff at Udalla park, we’ll see you again in September!

Staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly. Location was great lots very close by and anything else was all within walking distance.
They have a happy hour at the pool bar which is great.

My friends and I stayed in two different rooms and ours was more modern than there’s but it was a problem just a heads up.

Lovely place would go again

stayed in Hotel Udalla Park for one week for my Anniversary with 2 other couples, we stayed in room 113 from 25th of January 2020 till 1st February 2020.
On arrival we didnt find the reception staff very friendly, we where given our key and we all went to our rooms, the first thing that hit us was the door didnt open more than 12 inches, we had to go into the bathroom and close the hall door to gain entry to our room. The door closed was stiff and wouldnt open properly. (See photo)
The next thing was the smell, it was a dirty smell that was there all week dispite up going down and telling the same lady who was there all week and who checked us into your Hotel.
There was also a strong smell of cigarettes in the room and as we dont smoke we found this disgusting.
There was a no smoking sign above the bed side locker and a cigarette burn on the locker. (See photo)
The toilet seat was loose and the toilet bowl was also loose and dirty.
There was a brown rust stain on the toilet seat hinge. (See photo)
There was no hot water for 2 days as the water heater was turned off , and we where not told to turn it on.
The toilet door lock fell off when we closed the door. (See photo)
The patio door lock didnt work and the doors could be easily opened from the balcony, the bins area was right outside our balcony and at approximately 1.20 am the noise woke up all of our party as we slept in 3 rooms facing the main road.
The brown blanket supplied to keep us warm at night had cigarette burn holes in them. (See photo)
The sheets where below standard with dirty black Mark's and holes in the bed sheets. (See photo)
The over sink press wouldnt open due to roller door guide track, (see video).
Half the lights in the room didnt work, (see photo).
I informed the lady in reception and she had the maintenance man make 3 repairs out of about 8.
Our friends in room 118 paid €20 for the tv remote control, and left it in the room when he checked out, he later went back to tell the new lady in reception and was told the remote had been handed in and the €20 had been paid, But to who... ? He never got it. The cleaner must have handed it in.
My friends where at the loss of €20 as a result. He was not very happy.
There was dampness stains in the bathroom on the ceiling, ( set photos)
This is totally unacceptable for a Hotel to charge us €616.00 for this room, witch falls way below standard for any Hotel.
I would like an urgent response to the issues I have raised and a full refund or I'll have no choice but to show all photos and videos on all sites including Trip Advisor and Hotel reviews.
I look forward to hearing a response from you real soon, Derek Raythorne

what more do you need from a quick week away. The hotel is friendly, in a great central location, REALLY clean, we had our room cleaned nearly every day. While we was there we had the worst sand storm on record, the following day the cleaners set to and worked wonders. the rooms are a good size for two, nice balcony and kitchen area. Last year we stayed on the back, very quiet, this year on the front and it got a bit noisy with it being on a main road, but it didnt spoil our stay. The pool is cool and fresh but welcoming. the location is a stroll from everywhere which we really like. Dont book with teletext though, nightmare, easier to email direct and just get your flights. if your mobile, ask for a topfloor room with the sun terrace

Cannot express how amazing the staff at this hotel were! The hotel is clean and well kept for the price you pay. The pool area, again very clean and tidy and the pool bar very handy for a drink or an icecream on a very hot day.

This was a VERY last minute booking after my husband and I vacated an airbnb property due to a cockroach problem. We arrived about 2 hours after we booked it and Mary, the receptionist on the front desk was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very calming considering the nightmare we had already had on our first trip to Tenerife. She checked us in whilst chatting to us about the weather and our stay so far, she gave us a small map of the area and a quick description of where the local supermaket and restaurants were, she also supplied a kettle and sorted out a large rental fan for us. The pool is quite deep and the bar lady who is also the lifeguard was very good with the children whilst they were playing in the pool, keeping a close eye on them.
The hotel is on quite a busy road, but with the patio doors closed you don't hear any traffic noise. The rooms are basic, but have everything you need for a comfortable stay, but the staff and their caring attitude made what could've been a very bad experience into a great time away. Thank you Udalla park hotel. Highly recommended.

The service at this at this apartment block is exceptional! We checked in at 10pm and the desk was still open, the lady was lovely and gave us a coupon for a free drink at the pool bar the following day. room cleaner came every two days and did the best job ever! She even washed up for us one day! (We didn't leave it on purpose.) We drank our own drinks at the pool one day and the bartender came over to see if we wanted ice! Taxis, sugar for your tea because you forgot to buy it... nothing too much trouble for these. Checkout is 12pm and you can request even later. Free showers and toilets after checkout along with luggage hold so you can still go to the beach if you have a late flight like us. You have to rent the air con and the beds are rock hard but this is reflected in the price. For what we paid, we are over the moon.

As soon as I stepped into the room my heart sank.
It smelled so old and musty and so damp. Then the reality hit and it was nothing like the pictures on the booking.com site
I went to reception to ask for a different room as it was nothing like I was expecting and was told I could move in 3 days. On return to the room I looked around and what I saw just shocked the hell out of me. It was so dirty, and musty, mouldy smell it actually started to effect my breathing ( I’m asthmatic ) I just couldn’t spend any more time in the room let alone spend the next 3 nights. I contacted booking.com and they said I should cancel booking and find somewhere else to stay. What a start to my holiday. I spent the next hour looking online to try and find a safer and cleaner place to stay. I finally managed to find a suitable place to start my holiday but at a high financial cost as you can imagine as I needed somewhere immediately.
The other rooms in this property I can’t make a comment about as I haven’t seen them but if they are actually like the pictures online then they would be lovely and I would have been so happy to have been offered one of those.
In my opinion this room is not fit for anyone to stay in.

Not a great place to stay. Not Value for money. Beds uncomfortable and sheets were stained and dirty. The electrics in the room were unsafe and kept blowing the Breakers. The toaster had sparks coming out of it and the hob didn't work, The pictures shown on here and other sites show this place to look very picturesque, They have made the pool area and the hotel in general look lovely, This isn't the case, This hotel proves Pictures can be deceiving, The establishment as a whole is very run down and dirty. Apart from the lady at the Pool bar the Staff were rude. There was dog mess outside the front door of the hotel for days and I gave up saying things to them in the end. When I spoke to them about the issues in the room they said they would send someone to look but they never did and instead when I approached them again they just fobbed me off. This hotel isnt worth the money.

Terrible experience , I've asked owner to change booking dates because of an accident and they told me there were not availability, but it was not true. They just want keeping our money unfairly. They wrote me to contact the platform directly and in the meantime they wrote to platform they didn't accept our request.
