Fabulous small but friendly hotel - literally a few hundred metres walk to santa ponsa beach - everything you need in a 5 minute walk, bus stop 200 meters from the hotel to take you into Palma - hotel is immaculate and all staff a friendly and multi lingual, I have stayed here before 5 times, really love the atmosphere and it’s location, prices are also very good in comparison- always enjoyed my stay at the Playa DEL Reyes

We had a great time a couple of years ago in Santa Ponsa at another hotel and after reading some good things about this place decided to give it a go. Unfortunately we were disappointed in this hotel. It had very little going for it. The room was very basic and small and my wife felt claustrophobic spending time in the room during the daytime. The second biggest disappointment for us was the size of the swimming pool and more so the lack of space around the pool. The hotel was pretty busy and the pool is totally out of proportion for the amount of people and on top of that it is in shadow the majority of the time. Breakfast was limited and not the best quality and although we stopped by for a coffee and pastry there wasn’t much else that we found appetizing. Good points I should mention are the location, staff and that the hotel was clean, however that wasn’t enough to win us over I’m afraid. We still rate Santa Ponsa as a place to go however.…

Stayed here early October. This is a Lovely hotel,spotlessly clean, with friendly staff, located a short two minute walk from Santa ponsa beach.Suitable for those who like a quite, relaxing,atmosphere.

Went with Jet2 and a week felt longer here. Although clean the hotel is very basic and done up on a budget. Reminded me of Ikeas sort of stuff. Worst thing was the noise you hear from other people. One night an argument from a neighboring room kept us awake most of the night. You basically can hear everything through the walls. Swimming pool is small. Location good but not a hotel we’d go to again.

Friendly modern little hotel. Our room was lovely, plenty of space and the bed was a superking and so comfy. Every staff member we came across were polite and friendly. Location was perfect right next to everything, beach & restaurants right outside. The only downside was the pool, it always seemed to be in the shade and could only fit a few beds round so we did not get to spend anytime at the pool. They do have nice roof top for sunbathing which really got the heat. Overall a lovely stay.
