I stayed here for business recently as it was close to my office. Please be mindful that this hotel is a good 25 min taxi in to madrid so factor this in if you are wanting to visit Madrid. Very lavish hotel in the reception area. The mini bar in the room isn't overpriced which is refreshing. The room had Netflix on the smart TV which is handy if you want to log in. Overall a nice place to stay

This Hotel is outside of Town, 10 min to newest bar and restaurant, 20 minutes to other side. Up hill back to Hotel and path needs sorting direct to Hotel as very congested with mud and sand like substance. Bar does not open till 8pm so if you want a early drink good luck. Same as restaurant. Room was large with chair, desk and sofa. Good value for money will mark as 3 as you can hear the Motorway from the location of my room so if you want a early night forget it.

Checking in I was told there would be breakfast available. When I got to my room and went back down, it was closed. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere so walking to get food took a good 20 minutes. Then, they were shooting some movie in the lobby. Although there was a quick note about filming taking place, when I got back to my room there were loud , repeated gunshots below. I had no idea if they were real or not and was panicked. It turns out that they were part of the movie but someone should have notified the guests. The nightmare continued when i attempted to turn on the air conditioning because it was at least 80 degrees in my room. I tried to call down to the front desk but the phone didn't' connect to ANYONE! That's pretty dangerous as well. I was forced to sleep with the sliding door open which would have been good for the temperature but this hotel is located right on a highway and a train line so the noise was so loud I couldn't sleep. So choose...roast to death or be cool and wide awake. Not conducive to managing business meetings. The final straw came when on my last night here, I just wanted some room service and a glass of wine. Neither the bar or restaurant opened until 8:00 pm. i understand this is pretty standard in Spain, although definitely not the case in Barcelona as I was just there a month ago. So I waited until 8:00, got the room service menu and tried to dial to place an order. Once again, the phone does not connect to ANYONE!!!! So I was forced to look up the number of the hotel online, be transferred to the hotel from the reservation desk, only to find that the room service person spoke no English and had to find someone else to help me. I would tell you that unless you are forced to stay in this area ( as I was for business meetings) stay clear of this hotel!!!!

The worst possible reservations desk I have ever encountered, sent an email requesting reservation for a room , sent me a reply 3 days later with a price. I than sent an email requesting the reservation and did not get a reply back for 10 days , called the reservation desk 3 times left messages for someone to call me back and no one ever called me back, 10 days later get an email, with reservations price £50 hired than was quoted , sent an email to head of reservations and another 5 days before a response and still the same price absolutely rubbish customer service, I can't imagine a hotel of this calibre having such a poor reservation desk, I work for a top hotel in Ireland and would never think about making a customer wait 10 days to get a reply , please think twice when trying to make a reservation with his hotel.

Stayed for a night whilst in business. Good location for Tres Cantos, opposite the train station and just off the motorway. Airport was 20 minutes or so. Nice room with a massive bed. Well needed AC and a balcony. Best shower 👍 Good breakfast. Impressive reception hall.
