Very clean, friendly staff, very accommodating, great service and flexibility. Close to El Escorial, walking distance, very safe area, convenient if you need a supermarket and other necessities, Coffee and cocktails available.
I made a booking but, when I called them, they told me I wasn’t in their system. Then they cancelled my booking as a “no-show” without informing me. Very unprofessional staff. They do not speak English but when I attempted to speak with them in Spanish they also did not understand me. Thankfully, I called Booking.com to ensure that they did not charge me.
No luxury there, but a clean, welcoming and quiet place to stay a couple of nights at a walking distance from the fabulous museum of El Escorlal and a 6 - 7 minutes drive to Prado Nuevo. Free closed garage for a few cars. No food (or even a decent breakfast) but there are many small restaurants in the area.
