Location is good if you work or travel around the Houston Airport, but not much more - service is slow and no up to Hyatt standard:
- our complementary bottle in the room was already opened
- took 3 hrs to have it replaced

No. And unfortuneately it is not inexpensive if you take advantage of the buffet including a chef-made-to-order omelet. In retrospect, guess I could have ordered a menu item instead. (Just a heads-up.)
