I found the property to be clean and staffed with friendly personnel that were very service oriented. The food from the restaurant was very good too! It is an older hotel, however it has been nicely renovated. There was an unfortunate waterline break during the stay, but it was quickly handled and the repair was completed within two hours and was hardly an issue.

Very beautiful accommodations. We loved the koi fish pond in the open spaces. The conference rooms were exactly what our party needed. I thought that the restaurants and store on premises were a little too pricy. Overall great place.

The lake with the fish was wonderful to watch, relaxing and calming. Food was a little overprices, inflation, we get it. Staff was terrific and anytime we needed something it was delivered fast with a smiling face.

The interior of the Hyatt Regency Houston West is great and an experience of its own. The ponds with koi fish are amazing. Be sure to ask the desk staff for complimentary fish food. Feeding the fish daily was my favorite part of my visit. The hotel staff was friendly and responded quickly to my requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was well maintained. The fitness center is above par for hotel standards. Don't eat the pancakes in the cafe, they taste bland and pasty. The walkability for this hotel is low; no restaurants or other amenities close by.

This was the perfect place for our conference and the food and staff were incredible. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Getting to the hotel from Hobby was a good hour, traffic both ways was pretty busy aound 2pm on a Tuesday and departing the same time on Sunday. Plan ahead for traffic!
