We celebrated our 9th Anniversary and we had a wonderful time. The bed was made up with towels shaped into a heart and rose petals were spread out over the bed and the floor. Candy was by the tv and wine was brought to the room as well that made it even more special. We had excellent service, Gwen made sure we had everything we needed and our room was very clean. The entire floor smelled good and is very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will return😁!!!

Martha Q was the best waitress. She went beyond the call of duty to make my day special. I asked for a Coke and Marriott only has Pepsi. She somehow found me a coke and made my day. It wasn’t so much about the coke but the fact she did this for me. Little acts of kindness go a long way. Thank you Martha Q for you act of kindness.

The Stray horse customer service was the best! Mohammed offered excellent customer service. The hotel is beautiful, excellent and clean. The luxurious and comfort of the rooms is perfect for relaxing and the concierge is the absolute best.

From check in to breakfast at the Stray House (Mohammed was our waiter), the team at the JW Galleria did everything to make our first trip to Texas memorable and welcoming! We were delayed getting in and checked in at midnight, and the overnight team was so welcoming and recommended breakfast to us. We’re so glad we checked it out! I had the buffet — the omelet bar was awesome! My wife had the breakfast tacos and those took the cake — the tortillas were so high quality, nothing like what we’ve had in the Midwest. We’ll definitely stay here again. What a great team!

Wow! What an incredible team and an awesome customer experience. From check in to check out, it was a brief but pleasant stay. The food and beverage team were attentive, helped me understand what fun things to do in the area, and they even helped me get a bit of juice in my phone before I headed out for the night. 100/10 would recommend.

Excellent service by Oriana during dinner @ Stray Horse! Impressive attention to details, you feel like eating at home. She is the manager, but worked like anyone else in the team to make guests welcome. She took the time to suggest off-menu combinations of salads with proteins. I also noticed the great chemistry she had with her team of waiters and bartenders. 5 stars!!!

The staff are so warm and welcoming. The rooms are spotless. The restaurant is wonderful. The menu choices are all first class. Martha, our daily server, could not have been nicer. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and always did it with a smile.
