The bed was comfortable, lighting in room was dark, no microwave in room, had to go to lobby to zap foods. the tv was not working one full evening & cut-in & out the rest of my stay. Multiple movies available BUT for an additional charge. Disappointing, when paying over $1,000 for a stay you expect a few simple pleasures.

Don’t waste your time or money booking this place. There was used dirty towels hanging in the shower, sheets were dirty, room was nothing like the pictures. $260 down the drain!!! I wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else

We have stayed here before and had yet another great stay. The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff is warm and helpful, and breakfast at Shula’s is fantastic. Many of the team members have been at the hotel for years and some even for decades. It speaks volumes about their professionalism and dedication to the hotel and the guest experience. I can highly recommend the hotel.

asked for service during my stay but it was not provided mentioned to the reception during the second day that service was not done from 9am-1pm that I was out of the room but again when I came back several (7 hours later) still was not done - so I gave up shower was leaking into the bathroom floor and had to use towels ...

My company's hotel rates include early check in but they tried to charge me anyway. The room service food came in cardboard boxes rather than plates and was lukewarm and the fries were soggy. Everything was average.

This is a great hotel in the heart of Houston. We took a short walk to the Sam Houston Park, about 6 minutes, and enjoyed seeing the old buildings and flowers. We took a short drive to the Museum District and enjoyed seeing ancient Egypt in the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Once you get to the hotel it's relatively easy driving on not-too-busy city streets to see the Museum District, which is well worth the trip.

Great check-in process, very polite and friendly front desk and facilities staff. Always helpful whenever I needed anything during my stay. Valet parking staff was very helpful and prompt when I needed to arrange a ride for an early morning flight.
