First and foremost this is the best Marriott property I stay in. As a RN clinical specialist for a medical device company I cover Los Angeles Miami Houston and Dallas.…I live in Dallas. This property is great because of the longterm dedicated employees. You just don’t see that in other hotels. In the Curate Lounge, MODIE, just celebrated her TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY. That is 20 YEARS of caring for all of us here at the Marriott. She always has a smile on her face. I saw a customer be inappropriately mean to her one time and she just smiled and said ”yes sir” The Curate is often busy so in my opinion she has one of the hardest jobs here. It is extremely rare for her to take time off. I love her as family as she has cared for me through thick and thin. Neville and Nathan (bell staff…many years of service) have been here for years and are always so loving and welcoming. Emmie, Chris ,John and Aristis are great in the valet. Last but not least HOUSEKEEPING. This is the best housekeeping department in the whole nation! I have stayed from Boston to Florida AND from Los Angeles to Washington (not to mention my offshore visits!) in my many years of being an ambassador. NOEM is above and beyond. She puts her special touch to all rooms. She also has been here for years and always calls me by name.. I honestly think of her as family. Thank you, JENNIFER GOHAGAN, for being the BEST GENERAL MANAGER ever! All of your staff loves you because you are always showing your appreciation for their hard work. I know this because they tell me! Every general manager should be so lucky to have your team!

It was a pleasure to use the M club. The staff including Maraceli was very friendly and diligent. The food was well prepared. The coffe was hot and the choices were varied enough for even my daughter who needs to eat gluten-free. The location of the Club being moved to the 2nd floor was a plus.

I am new to the area and staying at the Marriot downtown until my apartment is ready and it’s been an amazing stay. I am a Marriot member and they have an awesome members only lounge that serves small bites during the week and has 24/hr access to snacks and drinks. The staff takes great care of your concerns from management to all the employees. Honestly this is the best service I’ve had during COVID. Everyone is genuine and willing to help. I am especially thankful for Maraceli one of my serves that helps me a lot. Some days I come in before 6am for work and there is already breakfast items out for me to grab and go or like today when I came in late because I wanted to sleep in more (I work 12 hr shifts so I enjoy my off days lol) she grabbed me a breakfast plate. I am extremely grateful and will recommend this hotel to all working professionals and people in the area who enjoy a great stay. Thank you all! :) Also, thank you to Rocsi another server who always goes above and beyond to deliver great service. You guys work so hard and it does not go unnoticed thank you!

The MClub lounge was clean and inviting. Maraceli's attitude was unparalleled and dramatically enhanced our experience. The room was appropriately sized and comfortable. The shower water pressure was lighter than we'd like, but sufficient. We will surely return.

We stayed at the Marriott while my father had major surgery at Methodist Hospital. The staff was beyond accommodating and made us feel like it was our home away from home. Maraceli in the Marriott Lounge was so thoughtful and delivered superior service. She even remembered details about my fathers surgery and offered us her prayers. Above and beyond what we would ever expect.

I love how clean this hotel is. I stay in hotels 90% of my time. Cleanliness is paramount. Next to that is how friendly the staff is. The front desk staff always have a smile. The bright spot for me every time I stay is by far Maraceli and Roxy in the lounge. They are so very kind and helpful. They are always quick to offer help and assure I have a comfortable, good experience.
