We stayed in the downtown Holiday Inn everyone was so friendly & helpful! They offer a shuttle in a 1 1/2? mile radius to I went to the aquarium as my husband worked all day! Jeff and David were the best in that respect. Cleaning staff member, Scarleth, keep our room fresh & clean!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Houston was excellent. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. A member of the staff that stood out the most was MARIELIS! She went above and beyond when we requested housekeeping. She was very thorough, polite, pleasant- overall, she was just a treat to be around. Thank you so much for the amazing service!!! We will choose this hotel over the competitors next time we are in town.

Excellent cleaning service , Saira was amazing and left the room very clean. Definitely recommend this hotel for a nice clean stay and breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Near by restaurants

It is great experience. very close to the downtown. staff are friendly, I arrive very late around 2 oclock in the evenning, and they are waiting for the check in. Also very nice and clean room. Thanks, Marielis.

The stay was great. The location of the hotel for perfectly into what I was doing and close distance to everything. I used the provided shuttle service to get me around and Jeff the driver was outstanding nice and accommodating! I will definitely be staying here again for any buisness done at the convention center.

We loved our stay! The rooms were nice and the shuttle was great! Our driver Jeff S was awesome! He gave us a great tour downtown and recommendations for where to eat. He was very helpful and overall an outstanding employee! We will definitely stay again.
