You have no control over the temperature of your room which is lots of fun in humid Houston. You’ll get the run around from the front desk and they’ll ask you what you want it set at, but you don’t get it. You may come back to an 88 degree room like I did one day. I have never stayed at a hotel let alone a Hilton property that I can’t control the temperature of my room. This was in March. I can’t imagine how awful it’d be in the summer.

I've stayed here before and I'll stay here again. Truly great staff is helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Even a quick hamburger for a late dinner exceeded my expectations. I wish all Hilton Garden Inns were this good.

Watch your bill! They overcharged me $150 and then the manager wanted to argue with me. After I spoke with the front staff 3 times the bill still wasn’t accurate and I had to drive back to get it straightened out. The manager was rude and condescending. Go someone where else.

Dirty room, jacuzzi didn’t work, roach and uncomfortable bed. They told me breakfast wasn’t included and on last day said it included breakfast the entire time. Worst hotel and I will never go back again. The dude at front desk works nights was so incredibly rude to me and my family. He also had a fake attitude and poor attitude

Good business hotel, spacious room, clean, great lounge, convenient location, above average breakfast and gym, friendly service. Only two issues were noisy air conditioners affecting night sleep and slow / inconsistent laundry delivery affecting my gym sessions.

The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing, friendly, efficient and helped point me in the right direction to the nearest cvs. The hotel is clean, comfortable and all the stafg members have excellent customer service skills. Definitely will be staying again.

A group of Houstonians stole my catalytic converters from the parking lot of the premise. My truck was parked pretty much directly in front of the main entrance door but that did not stop them. And of course the FRONT DOOR camera has issues with it and wasn’t being able to get accessed by the manager..who was very helpful and seemed like he wanted to help..until he just gave up on the issue. I am looking at $7,300 in parts alone and a 3-6 month wait on parts. The Hotel did have security because I’ve seen him bickering with the night time manager when I was coming home at night. This whole visit did not feel like anything the Hilton has to offer and was a miserable experience all together.

Hotel room was clean, but noisy from loud people in next room. Otherwise comfortable. Check-in was easy with Hilton App; digital check-in and door locks. While breakfast was good and fast, we were disappointed that Hilton has reduced the free breakfast benefit for Diamond/Gold members to an allowance of $10 per person up to $20. And then, this was not applied to our billing, so I had to call back, but could not call directly to hotel front desk and had to work through corporate customer service, who had to call hotel ... still unresolved! I am pretty sure that the billing will eventually be corrected, but it should not take 20 minutes waiting on the phone and still not fixed.

I booked a room at the last minute and didn't expect much. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It's more like a Hilton than a Hilton Garden Inn. The room was big and everything was modern. Yes, the tv is a little older but it worked fine and had an on-screen guide so you could find what to watch. I like they had a Keruig maker with Coffee Tea and Community Coffee. All was great until 9:30 pm when the thermostat started to flash E4 and a red light came on. I called the front desk who immediately let me know it is the unit on the roof. She told me a man from Laredo was due next week with parts to fix it. This tells me this is a common issue so be aware. The front desk clerk not only went to a new room and turned on the AC to check it she brought the new keys to my room and offered to bring a luggage cart to assist with the move. I only had 1 suitcase so it was not a big issue. I was totally impressed with the customer service. I moved from the top floor to one 2 floors below. I was afraid of noise but there was none. As a Diamond member, I was given a $10 credit to use for food or beverage. This included the bar. The Bud Light on draft was only $5 and was huge. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 complementary drinks. If you decide to use the $10 for breakfast be aware it is only for the continental breakfast you will need to pay extra for hot food. I heard it was not much more. I will definitly be returning.…
