Clean rooms. Nice, quick breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to use the wifi for work. Very stable connection. The location is about 15 minutes away from the airport and since it is downtown food options are available on all of the platforms which is a plus. There’s also a Starbucks on site. I would most definitely stay here again for another business or even a weekend trip to Houston.

I arrived at the hotel late at night I was greeted by Constance she checked me in and informed me about the property. I never stayed at the courtyard side before so it was a new experience. The parking staff was nice especially the young black guy with the dreads past his shoulders.

During the busyness of march (Mardi Gras, rodeo, and march madness) Mimo and Ishy were amazing! Mimo’s organizational leadership is very impressive and Ishy’s joy was remarkable! We saw them consistently and efficiently valet cars from the minute we came to the hotel to 1am. Truly incredible!

We stayed at the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott March 18 through March 22. The hotel valet, Towne Park, at the Marriott in downtown Houston provided excellent service. Mimo and the team were courteous, friendly, timely and took good care of our vehicle.

Mimo was very organized and attentive. Our wait was very short because he was very fast at taking care of the valet. The rest of the staff was great as well. I was very comfortable in the room we were given and felt very safe.

Oumar kaba was very polite and funny and gave good directions he definitely became our friends loved his service, and he even taught us a little French lol it was very different and funny he made us laugh the most and was always on point with bringing our car around in the cold!!
