Stayed here for my childs sleepover. The room looked clean but I found a used condom when I pulled the sheet off the bed. Which tells me the sheets were NOT changed. Also, there were large toe nails on the bathroom floor , which indicated they do not sweep or mop. I told the training manager who flat out told me I was lying. His name is Eduardo Mijares! I called the complaint line, mailbox is full. Please do not was money here. As I looked at this place more, there's a lot of drug addicts on the property
This place is in a bad area, the rooms are small, and the grounds are filthy. If you want to know what it's like to live in the hood but don't want to actually move there, try this for a week. If you can. The rooms were hot even though the temperature outside was in the 50's. I can't even figure that out. They have air conditioning, but it is so loud that you have to decide whether to not be able to get any sleep due to the heat or the noise of the air conditioner. Either way, not good. The rooms themselves smell like cigar smoke and the beds are so noisy that even if by some miracle you can get past the heat or din of the air conditioning, the squeaky springs will wake you up. In other words, avoid this place if at all possible.
I don't have major complains about the room, it did the work for less than $300/wk incl. taxes. However, the unusual attention schedule (11am-7pm) is really frustrating. On the top of that, this place attracts low-quality people, which doesn't seem to happen in a similar hotel right on the next block. I have seen the police patrol at least 4 days during the week.
Very disrespectful customer service, and Manager, Very cheap beds, when u sit on them they lift up of how fake and cheap they are. No space, dirty, they never bring u towels or toilet paper, you have to rewash them and provide tp yourself. I refused their cleaning service once because i was going through a rough period in my life the cleaning lady was eyeballing me i have spinalcord injury and was in terrible pain couldnt get up to clean that day. And the Manager kicked me and my 3children out because i refused the cleaning lady for privacy. No respect for kids or spinalInjured Customers.:(:( And their corporate is a joke. candycantu7@gmail.com
trying to contact someone for 3 days.I was staying at the intown suites I 45 in houston tx at 16909 Rolling Creek Drive, Houston, TX 77090. On the 2nd day there we noticed roaches and get the maintenance guy he found it and killed it and then look around and found 2 more dead behind the fridge. The next day we saw more in the night stand and the manager gave my mom raid to kill them and said at he had called Orkin to come and orkin never came. That night we saw and killed a total of 17 roaches 4 of which were crawling on my children (ages 1 and 6) as they were sleeping. I was beyond disgusted it was around midnight so there was noting I could do at this point in the morning i called numerous times and went to the courtesy officers room and waited for him to get there. when he did i told him the situation and asked for a different room and he said the only thing he could do was let the manager know and that he would call him. Which he did and the manager said he would not give me a different room. I was appalled that he would not and that he expected me to put up with staying in a room infested with roaches with my two children ages 1 and 6 plus my elderly mother. This is beyond unsanitary and unnecessary. No having no choice we left with still having 3 days left on our stay there. Then on monday 9/29/14 i returned to the hotel to talk to the manager. I ask for a refund for the days i did not stay there which are 3 and he said their was nothing he could do. I would like a refund for the 3 days I did not stay there, there is no way that my children, mother and I should be expected to stay in a hotel room with roaches. He still said that there is nothing he can do but just refund my deposit which i would of already got back when i checked out and he said I would have to call the customer service number and make a complaint which I had already done twice and still have not heard anything back. By this time i was in tears because of the fact that someone would not give a care that roaches were literally crawling on my children and would do nothing to fix or compensate for the situation.…
The room is clean and updated --but it is a horrible neighborhood. The other guests are real low class--first thing two guests ask me for money. The olive are there constantly. The maid was beyond rude. Go stay somewhere else. I did after one week.
