Good and hospitable service from all staff. Tierra the hotel manager was exceptional in helping and ensuring that I am looked after well at the hotel. The hotel is quite, near and clean that makes up for a nice relaxing stay.
Christy was excellent host. Very fiendly and helpful. Greets everyday, makes you feel welcome. Staying at the hotel for almost a month, she was able to make meals enjoyable although limited menu. Helpful to get things from the shop for me on her own time due to me being busy. Really appreciate the service and would return just for staff like Christy. She is such a gem, thank you.
The service was excellent and worthy! Didn’t have to move because Christy and Misty was great! The ladies really enjoy their job and the service shows! I was more than satisfied with them and the service that they provided.

Very please with there professionalism and service and enjoy my drinks! if you want a good Marriott experience stay here I had a wonderful time at this marriott. I will be staying here when I need to travel to Houston for work.
Very good hotel with nice facilities. Located closely to the medical district. Parking available. The rooms were very clean and the staff was maintaining the facilities well. Everyone was very professional. It is easy to get to and find with restaurants within driving distance.
Hello, I am an experienced traveler and I want to personally thank Nate and Angela for being exceptional employees. Nate - was warm and caring at the counter, going out of his way to make the check process easy. Angela - assisted with helping me decide what to eat. She engaged me about my visit and my experience with Marriotts. I hope their managers know just how fortunate they are to have employees like Nate and Angela.
I was truly deceived. The lobby looked fair. However, the elevator looked dated which was a precursor of what was to come. Walking the hallways was disgusting as there was no A/C or air circulating. This is worrisome as Covid 19 is still very much a thing and stagnant air could contribute. The room was bare and simple. The bed sheet had a faint stain. The bathroom only had a bar of soap. The toilet seat was falling apart as the layers were peeling off. I honestly did not feel the one door lock was enough and surprised there it had no swing lock. The sign to keep the towels and minimize towel turn overs was faded. The do not disturb sign was was also faded and bent. The A/C sounded like it was going explode. It was awful. Never again
Stayed here to visit family in Sept 2020. Location: Good - near FM 249, so easy to get in and out of. Also, plenty of stores/restaurants nearby Staff: Great - friendly and accommodating when I had to extend my reservation. Facility: Nice - a little older (you can see some minor wear/tear on carpets & paint), but clean and well cared for. Dining: Unknown - restaurant closed due to COVID; didn't use the pantry Room: Good - Shower was hot and had strong water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint is the noise. Walls are a little thin (heard music from another room nearby) and was awakened before 7am by trash truck emptying the dumpster. Room Rate: Good - paid under $90 for King bed It's a good hotel with a reasonable rate. I'd stay there again.
Beware. Nothing in the parking lot is safe. Our vehicle was broken into. No cameras working and zero support from the staff. Heavy damage to our vehicle. Secured truck topper locks were drilled out and thousands of dollars of tools were stolen. High price for a poor location.
I stayed here for two nights with my daughter for her Ice Skating competition at the aerodrome. Every staff member was so welcome and made us feel important. When we checked in we received two bags of cookies. Then right before my daughters competition a staff member came to the room to give Skylar a cupcake that said "skating isnt a sport, its a lifestyle", candy, Gatorade and i cant remember what else. How amazing was that. Then the general manager left another Gatorade and a trail mix snack with the nicest letter the night b4 we checked out. Not preprinted, she literally wrote it. They made us feel special and important. The bed was comfortable and I loved the teatree shampoo and conditioner.
