Stylish reception and lounge area. Quiet and very comfy rooms with nice and stylish interior. Valet and self parking with EV charger and Tesla Destination charger available, all very convenient. No restaurant but room service.
This was one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had and at an affordable rate. The customer service was top notch with nothing but professional and polite service. I stayed in a deluxe king and was very satisfied with the cleanliness of it and the design of the room. I travelled here with a couple co-workers and we were all impressed. The only thing this place is missing is a full-service restaurant to complete the whole experience. They serve food out of the bar but the menu is limited!
The hotel smells beautiful all the time, the rooms are big and the shower is awesome. They even had a Dyson hair dryer. We were able to do our laundry for free and the rooftop pool was awesome. Love this hotel and would highly recommend it.
Amazing hotel. First off, you enter to such a pleasant aroma. The lobby decor is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is clean and impeccable with spacious rooms. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I wanted to take the entire bed home OMG so comfortable. Highly recommended and I'll definitely choose Blossom on my return visits to Houston. Thank you for your hospitality. 🤎
From the moment we pull up to park to the time we left, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It's 1.5 miles from NRG Stadium. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were like OMG. I travel alot and have stayed at a lot of hotels, NONE HAVE COMPARED TO THIS ONE. Neka and Tamika made you feel as if you were at home. THANK YOU LADIES. If you ever are in Houston you must try this hidden gem. The only knock that I have is maybe need a microwave in room. Definitely will stay again next time I'm in Houston
The Blossom is a beautiful hotel and a top notch staff. Jada at the bar was super helpful with drinks and food. Tamika, who was always around gave terrific suggestions for things to I Houston. Amazing service, big fluffy towels, and luxurious rooms are almost too good to be true!
I don’t understand this place? The bathroom is nice but why doesn’t the phone work and why do the front desk folks not believe that the phone is not working. Why can’t I get a cup of coffee anywhere in the hotel at 6:00pm even tho I saw a cappuccino maker at the bar? They say there is room service but there is no menu and besides the phone doesn’t work to call room service even if there was a room service. I can’t figure out how to get the room heater to operate. I do know how to operate a thermostat but I’ll be dammed if I get get this one to do anything. There is a coffee maker that uses pods which is great and if there were coffee cups I would make my self a cup. The food menu at the bar is very limited and I asked what kind of soup they have and he looked at me like, soup??? The place is kinda bizarre and I just don’t get it. No pens or paper in these pretty little boxes they have. The boxes and the binder are all empty. Would I stay here again, sorry but, no. I would try another large hotel near by.…
Fabulous Hotel. New and fresh, the staff does a great job of keeping things maintained and kept beautiful. The hotel does not have a restaurant yet, but did a great job in offering a good offering of breakfast, lunch and dinner options available via Room Service or in the main lobby bar area. We were in the area visiting Houston based family. They too were impressed. We traveled with our Adult Daughter and the two king bedroom suite with living room was perfect. Fluffy robes, slippers and breakfast room service was a great way to retreat and reconnect from busy work days while on family vacation. The rooftop pool and Peloton gym looked amazing, although we didn’t use during this stay. Good Wi-Fi and television (we had three televisions- 50 inch in the suite arrangement). A pleasure each morning was Nespresso coffee. There was also comp’ed laundry if you were extending stay and needed to wash clothes. I am sure the lovely service and comfort of the Blossom is much appreciated by those seeking medical treatments and their families. The hotel was easy to get to from airport - and easy to get around the town of Houston and to suburbs (e.g.Kingwood). We Will stay again - and look forward to a visit again to Houston. Thank you. Hotel is beautiful, in a good location, clean, smells good, comfortable and all around great. Only thing was there were no microwaves in room or hotel to warm food but I’ll give it 5/5! Will stay again!
This hotel may have a beautiful appearance, but don't be fooled. Management front desk staff are very unprofessional when you've been overcharged on your credit card. Jackie at front desk is very nice , they do attend to your needs to some extent. But here's my quorum, we were overcharged drastically , and I spoke with Mike who is the front desk manager on several occasions asking him to correct charges and send me over the correction invoice. He stated he would and I had to repeatedly call back for invoice to be sent. Not only that, they hang the phone up on you when you ask to speak with a manager they lie and say they're not available. The one front desk person stated to me the general manager states not to give out his information, because he don't want to deal with customers' complaint. Please don't be fooled by the outward appearance, because they're inward appearance is very dishonest. they are all lairs except for Jackie the Chinese guy he attempts as much as he can to help. Mike the front desk manager is a terrible liar terrible . And I wanted so desperately to write a great review. It started off pleasant , but ended in a disgrace when it came to them refunding what they had stolen. Please don't look at all good reviews weigh your options. To avoid the lies and headache they are simple out to get all they can from your wallets to pay for their expense. I just can't say enough how disappointing this entire nightmare has been. Do yourself a favor and go to hotels that take responsibilities for their poor guest related services. Please Please be aware . And the BBB will hear about this.…
