Staff is not responsive. I made a request for an$4.95 premium internet refund due to the inability to download a large file. and was dismissed, and was told “I paid for so there is nothing They could do about it”, I paid for 3 nights so I was not looking for something for free.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. We do offer complimentary internet access to all of our guests every day of their stay. Should you ever have issues with the internet access, you can always speak to one of our front desk agents. They will be Happy to assist you or get you connected with someone on our technical support team. I apologize if the fruit was not available while you were at breakfast. It is a favorite for many of our guests and our breakfast team is continuously have to replenish it throughout the breakfast service. We offer several varieties of fruit options such as whole fruit, fresh sliced fruit to eat by itself or to mix in your waffle batter, as well as dried fruit at our oatmeal station. Although it seems you were not Happy with our guest internet, we appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope you give us another chance next time you are in town.
