She remembered me multiple times along with my cancer case. She is one of the nicest ladies I met and Hotel hospitality isn’t always so hospitable.

I love this property! It's clean and beyond comfy! The staff is what sets this property above the rest! Stephanie and Jerry at the front desk are welcoming and helpful! Gus in the bar is awesome! What a great way to wind up the day with awesome music and a friendly, smiling bartender who makes great drinks! Every guest is given the VIP treatment! The chef is a great guy and you can count on fantastic food! Stay here with confidence!

Found hair all over the bedroom as if it had even been vacuumed. Also found little beetles in our room from who knows where. Our sheets had holes in them. There was layers of dirt and dust all over the room. This room looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. When we said something about it we got a sorry and that had no solution behind it. This is probably the worst service I had ever received from a hotel.

On a business trip thinking that there were not too many places around. The bar/restaurant was perfect. Irma at the bar is one of a kind. Absolutely awesome! Great food and great service! Will definitely be coming back.

No one to help carry bags of help at check in, no trolleys available. We were told we would have to go on every floor and look for one ourselves, there’s 15 floors. We had to make three trips to get our bags in as we had just moved out the house. Reception/lounge area was overrun with kids running around playing . Urine stains behind toilet lid. Lack of amenities not good for extended stay. Only a mini fridge, no glasses etc. Room was on freeway side and very noisy. We booked 9 nights and checked out after 1.

Had a great experience at the bar especially with the bartender Gustavo Alferez. The atmosphere and beer were good especially after a long day in training. Me and my coworkers had conversation about how polite and respectful the service was by him.

Gustavo Alferez had great service and very polite a please to eat and be with co works. I enjoyed my experience and the hotel service very much. Dinner and bar was the best I have been around in a long time and would recommend this to anyone.
