Hotel Zaza is my new in town go to hotel!! The customer service is the best I’ve ever seen and that alone will keep my coming back again and again. Hotel Zaza also understands that it’s also the little things matter to the customer. We always travel with at least 3 (well behaved) dogs. Not only do they have a clean and convenient doggie area the staff was more than happy to help me find it. The dog park is located right off the elevators for easy access, which is especially helpful for early morning potty breaks. As I was on my way to take my dogs for their early morning potty break I was greeted with hot coffee right at the elevator! Can’t wait to come back!!

Great job for Team ZaZa with a special thanks to Mrs. Natalie!!! My husband and I went there for work 2x in the past 3 months. We were done working early on Tuesday and was able to squeeze in some pool time before flying out the next morning. As parents of young kids laying in the sun being brought drinks/food sounded AMAZING if only for a couple of hours! Note: pool service is typically available ONLY on the weekend! However, Mrs. Natalie so kindly offered to serve us outside while she was working the main restaurant! Talk about going out of your way. She was our server on multiple occasions during our stay and was fantastic the entire time! The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with and very friendly. Everyone acted as they were glad you were there. We are having to go back again for work in November and we will definitely stay at ZaZa!

Quick hotel snapshot: Quick easy checkin , CLEAN rooms with stocked bar and snacks for purchase in each room, always can get a seat at the bar and restaurant for food/drinks, quick room service and great daily maid service. Each floor has coffee near the elevator stocked with cream, coconut milk and almond milk during the morning so no cheap coffee machines in your room with powder cream. So much better!

For business or pleasure you won't be disappointed here! They meet and exceed your expectations!

The Hotel ZaZa Memorial City is blessed with a staff as impressive as its luxurious décor. Tucked away in a booming part of the Energy Corridor near great restaurants and new bars, the hotel has one of the most impressive welcomes we’ve ever had. Not only was prosecco offered, but hot pretzels and popcorn were there awaiting every guest at check-in on our Friday afternoon!

The lobby is beautiful, with a cozy fireplace, enough room to feel the activity without being bothered by it, and the most impressive array of varied meeting rooms – from boardrooms to reception-ready ballrooms—of any luxury hotel at which we’ve stayed! The staff is first-rate and always smiling—a gentleman named Tea at the car valet went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Like all ZaZas, the morning coffee butlers on EVERY FLOOR ensure you don’t have to run downstairs if you want a delicious hot cup of joe and a cookie while preparing for your day. Later on, breakfast at the restaurant was fast and delicious, and the bar was classy and jumping after hours.

Finally, the Magnificent Seven suites—for which ZaZas are known—are, as always, just that! We stayed in the French Connection, with a beautiful living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms so that if one of you wants to stay up to work or watch TV while the other retires early, there is plenty of space so as not to disturb the other. While facing the deck, the large and comfortable balcony shows the Houston skyline in the distance. The smallest touch from housekeeping with turndown service was the most unique—two votive candles on each nightstand set the perfect mood as we returned home from dinner with friends!

We didn’t use the spa, but the offerings were impressive, and every aspect of our stay was first rate. While the pool at ZaZa Museum District may be the place to see and be seen, the vibe here at Memorial City is quiet elegance. Definitely worth considering for your next business trip or romantic getaway, and the Mag Seven and Concept suites are worth perusing! Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Hotel Zaza in Memorial City!
We came in late around 11:15p and were greeted by the kindest front desk service! We had just gotten married on the beach and they were so amazing and upgraded us to one of the themed rooms, Passage to India! Everything about the hotel was amazing from the second we pulled up. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and approachable. We felt that it was very safe and clean, especially since this is during Covid. The room was beautifully decorated and absolutely perfect us! The bed had that wonderful hotel feel to it, along with the linens. We even ventured to one of the pool areas which were labeled with seats that had already been sanitized and it really felt like a little piece of its own resort. Our trip here was one we will always remember and we are so grateful and wanted to give a special shout out to Emytt for her amazing service, which will keep us coming back for years to come!
(The photos were as we were on our way to check out)

Hotel ZAZA became my home away from home years ago when I moved to Austin from Houston. Coming back to Houston to visit family and friends without living there anymore is never an issue with the care and feeling of relaxation and ease that ALL the staff at ZAZA give. Ms. Natalie who was poolside serving the past few times we were there went above and beyond with her care. She seems to do it effortlessly and made so many situations for our family time easy. We’ve stayed as a couple and then we’ve stayed with our family visiting too. Each time the level of care is beyond words. Natalie takes the time to know your name and understand families needs no matter how busy she became.
The staff that clean the room go above and beyond to let you know they cared about disinfecting between guests while also taking a moment to leave a personal touch by your bedside at night.
We tend to stay at both locations rather than anywhere else in Houston because it feels like home.

We just stayed here a Friday to Saturday for our anniversary! The hotel is decorated very uniquely and has lots of fun things to look at. The rooms are clean and good sized. The sheets are soft and there are a ton of pillows on bed. Regular cable no Netflix or Hulu.
My only complaint is the traffic noise on 1-10. It’s extremely loud. If your a light sleeper ask for a room in the back. They have a shuttle that will take you for free within 5 mile radius which was very nice. Never had to wait long for it.
The pool is very small. And the pool service was extremely sloooowwwww only one person working took about 30 mins for us to get a drink. They are definitely under staffed and it shows. Bar closes too early for a Friday night last call was 10:45. Spa is nice but book in advance there were no available appointments when we got there. One of our favorite things is the coffee bar they have set up on each floor in the mornings this was extremely nice.

I needed badly for a quiet relaxing place to get away and do work, but also wanted a bit of pampering. I could not have chosen a better place. With COVID amongst us, I'm was wary about going to a hotel, but they had every base covered. The room was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for working. The staff from the moment you leave your car to the gym, to the restaurants, to the person cleaning the table, they had me smiling and relaxed. I felt very well cared for. I've been back a second time and am planning on a third for pampering in their amazing spa. Thank you ZaZa!

I adore this hotel. I am very high maintenance when it comes to hotels. When I am on business travel it is important that I am on my game and look for hotels that provide great service and pay very close attention to detail. This hotel more than met those qualities. The room was huge, towels soft and there were many of them, the shower pressure was strong and the shampoo etc all smelled wonderful and were high quality. Great space to work and many amenities that were really nice like very comfortable robes, many outlets and a comfortable bed with many pillows. I had room service which was not only delicious but came very quickly. The young woman who delivered my meal couldn’t have been nicer. Later in the evening I answered a knock on my door and there stood a woman holding a bag of ice, glass bottle of very cold water and a moon pie!!!! What is better than that? Nothing. The next day I had breakfast at the restaurant. The pancakes were unbelievable. I’m not exactly sure how to explain them. Dense and a bit sweet but also creamy. I was barely able to eat a third of what was served but I couldn’t bare to leave them. Even though I was headed to the client I had them wrapped up and took them with me and on the plane home and ate them for breakfast the next day. They were still amazing. Oh!! Plus, on each floor in front of the elevators was a coffee set up that was superior. Really good, really hot coffee. High end tea bags and cream, almond milk and oat milk options. There is a very funky decor and while I went up to my room when I arrived it appeared there were nice areas to sit and a well stocked bar. Didn’t take advantage of it but the pool was beautiful with perfect pool chairs.
I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. I only wish there was a Hotel Zaza in New York and other cities in the north east. It would definitely be my go to hotel.

Hotel Zaza Memorial City in Houston, Texas, was an absolute delight during my recent business trip. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. The room itself was a pleasant surprise - impeccably clean, with a cozy bed that made for a restful stay. However, the real showstopper was the bathroom; spacious and beautifully tiled, it served as inspiration for my own remodeling plans.

While I encountered a minor issue with the AC unit, the engineering team swiftly resolved it with efficiency and genuine concern for my comfort. The provision of coffee and tea on each floor every morning was a thoughtful touch, allowing for a convenient caffeine fix without the need to venture into the main lobby in my PJ's.

Breakfast with colleagues proved slightly delayed, possibly due to understaffing, but the quality of the food more than made up for any wait. A small hiccup regarding a damage fee of a towel stain from my red hair dye was promptly addressed by the attentive Operations team, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you Luis!

The only choice for parking is valet-only, but even this was mitigated by the professionalism and courtesy of the valet crew. Their assistance with luggage and engaging casual conversation added to the overall positive experience. I swear, I don't think I ever opened the front door. They always beat me to it!

From start to finish, Hotel Zaza Memorial City impressed me with its aesthetics, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Houston, whether for business or leisure. I certainly plan to return for future trips, and may even bring my family along to experience the exceptional hospitality firsthand!

I love this hotel. The staff are all friendly and amazing, the decor is lovely—no generic paintings here, it’s actually an experience to stroll through the hallway and admire the artwork, and the restaurant was quite good last night. Kaitlin and her colleague were so welcoming and the room she chose was phenomenal. Arriving during an imminent tropical storm, this welcoming hotel immediately lends a welcoming, safe vibe. The lovely coffee service set up on each floor in the morning should be imitated everywhere for hotels who really care about the comfort of their guests. I recently stayed at a 5 star resort and the service I have experienced here has already surpassed that and for a fraction of the price.
