Carpets so dirty grotty, we didnt want to touch anything we wore our shoes the whole stay in our rooms. The smell of weed in the corridors and lift, felt like we checked into a brothal. The bed sheets were clean, towels clean. Breakfast was ok. Reception lobby area was much better.

Nice place to stay close to IAH at good rates. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and provide plenty of space. For connection to airport a complimentary shuttle is provided. Hotel can be highly recommended.

Carpeting needs cleaning or to be changed. I was afraid to take off my shoes. Staff was friendly and continental breakfast was good. It’s a great location from the airport. Shuttle service was appreciated.

The pool area looked fun but since there was lots of rain, flood warnings and a tornado warning I didn’t use it. The hotel is clean. It has so me rough edges but it’s an airport hotel so things get beat up more. The shower was clean.

in the public areas (stairs, hallways, elevator) and there was noticeable water damage in the room around the window area, as well as the coffee/microwave station. The water damage certainly raised some concerns regarding mold/mildew. The shuttle driver was accommodating and friendly, while the front desk agent was rather abrupt. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. Overall, didn’t meet my expectations per stays at other LaQ properties. With so many other nearby options will think twice before booking again.

The hotel inside look like old, but it was clean and comfortable for me, in general sense I think it is good for the price I paid. The breakfast is no good and very limited in relation with the hotel branch.

Near intercontinental airport. Bring you to the terminal airport for free. No planes noises during the night. Extremely clean (room, bathroom and Hotel). Very good breakfast from 6 in the morning. I recommend!

Overall a very good stay. Free shuttle, only 10 min from airport, nice friendly staff. Easy check in.Room was bigger than I expected, very clean. Comfortable bed, good AC. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Can't comment on breakfast as I left at 6am for the airport and it starts on weekends at 7am. Hallways looked a bit grubby, elevator a bit dirty. Noisy neighbours kept me awake till the small hours. If you are a light sleeper aircraft noise overhead until after midnight. Would stay again!!

Overall, the hotel is in need of a facelift. Booked a suite and the bedroom thermostatic control was not working but the air conditioning thermostat controls were working fine . Air conditioning not very cold but good enough to keep the room cool (as opposed to cold). Could hear the rumble of plane taking off and landing but easily drown out by air conditioning and Tv (large flat screen in bedroom and lounge). I really liked the decor of the room and how everything was parted - particularly between the bedroom and the lounge. Very good WiFi signal throughout. Breakfast was alright: not a great selection but not bad (cold and hot selection) - weak coffee. What definitely made my stay a great one was the staff !!! Receptionists and shuttle driver: friendly, helpful and would try to accommodate if at all possible.…

The Staff was great. The Room was clean. The Bed was very comfortable. I was able to get the best rest before my flight out of Houston. The Hotel was nice, although La Quinta should invest in new carpet for the hallways.
