I love this hotel it is like home away from home!! The front desk is AMAZING!! Carissa is the best!! She is always accommodating and very professional!! BEWARE: NO POINTS ARE AWARDED when booking this hotel through CLC. As the lead driver on a multi-bus move, I approved using this hotel due to the convenience of parking 5 charter buses in the immediate vicinity. We could have used our company credit cards (rather than the CLC card) but I allowed another driver to make the reservations and she booked it through CLC. She was more antsy and rushed to get the rooms reserved quicker than I was. Unbeknownst to me, she ran it through CLC so none of us received any points for the stay. It’s up to each hotels management so you need to call first. I just called and the desk clerk informed me that they gave me 250 points on “their end” but my app just says “points ineligible for stay”. As a Choice Hotel Diamond member, this fiasco leaves a bad taste in my mouth so we won’t be staying here again.…

I rented a room at this place for two full weeks. I'm rebuilding my mother's trailer, and I reserved a room for my brother, who came from out of state to help me with the construction. The bathtub did not drain properly. It drained very slowly, so that if you were taking a shower you'd have to stand in a few inches of water. My brother complained to two different members of the staff. When the problem was not fixed, I myself complained about the problem to front desk staff. The problem was never fixed. Also, the housekeeping staff wasn't that good at their job. They didn't want to service the room that much, and when they did, they didn't do a good job. For instance, they would just leave my ice bucket full of water instead of emptying/cleaning it. I picked this place because it's close to home, and when I stayed here in 2018 I thought they had taken care of me pretty well. Not so this time. I don't see myself staying here again.…

I booked a room there we arrived at night the receptionist at night knew we are 3 people in room unfortunately in the morning I got a call from receptionist the morning one she spoke to us very rudely to come down now ! Like it was an emergency we went down and she said like rudely u have to change room and pay we were like ready to pay but she was behaving like we are staying free in there hotel !!! Everything in the breakfast was out of the stock!! The hotel staff was really racist especially THE MORNING Receptionist ,And It was our vacation!! We cancelled the booking and shifted!! A big disaster !!!

Me and my daughter stayed there while I was visiting my family in the area. The staff there was very friendly! The only thing I didn’t like was the chlorine smell coming from the inside pool. I could smell it all in the downstairs area even my room a little. The room was very clean which was a plus!

We recently spent two days and two nights at Comfort Inn & Suites...FM 1960. It was absolutely perfect in every way!! From the moment we stepped in the door, we were treated with great kindness and respect. The room was immaculately clean and inviting. The breakfast area was topnotch and the pool area was relaxing and lovely. The desk clerk (we didn't get her name) was especially kind, welcoming and helpful. This place is wonderful and we highly recommend!!

I use this hotel every time I visit Houston .Has one of the best managers and the front desk staff are very friendly and professional. the rooms are very clean linens and it’s very quiet .for the price you get just as good service as some of the 4 and 5 star hotels. their suites are spacious, corridors very clean and pleasant . Breakfast area is usually very nice with fresh food every morning and you can get to the airport conveniently. My first choice every time I visit Houston

The room and hotel were fine. The construction around it made it a little hard to access but we worked around that. Our only issue was that we did get a confirmation email for our stay and when I called about it, they had entered our email incorrectly. When that was fixed, I saw they had booked us on the wrong night, so I called to correct it. Several hours went by and my confirmation didn't update, so I had to call again and ask that it be changed to the correct date. Everything worked out fine in the end and we enjoyed the later checkout time, but it was frustrating that we had to follow up so many times to make sure our reservation was correct.

Convenient stay hear family in north Houston. Good clean rooms at a good rate. Breakfast was OK, but not great. Access to hotel was made difficult due to road construction. Second time staying at this hotel, and both have been good.
