First review I've written since the pandemic began, but the experience was so wonderful, I just HAD to. Our room was lovely, with a small balcony on the 5th floor. It was elegant, romantic and spacious. The bed was amazing, and the tub was great as well! What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. From the valets, to the drivers, to the front desk, to the amazing concierge duo of Mary and Evan, to Mickey and others at the Mansion bar, the service is absolutely top-notch. The team had everything to do with us having an absolutely perfect anniversary weekend. We'll be back!
One of the BEST! If you ever have a chance to stay here, even if for one night, or have a chance to eat in one of the restaurants, this hotel is TOP NOTCH, A+++, EXCELLENT, 5 ⭐️’s!!! Management, staff, EVERYONE is on top of things, experienced, friendly, always willing to assist in ANY way. I can’t say enough things about this historic hotel. And when I saw it after the renovations…WOW WOW WOW!!! I stay in a lot of 5-star properties all I we the world and this ranks in the top 5! SERIOUSLY! Worth every penny. Cannot wait for another stay-cation again!
Everything about this hotel was exquisite. The property is beautiful and took Covid precautions and the staff is exceptional. We also loved the pool, which is fantastic for lap swimmers. Great gym as well. We did not get to dine at The Mansion restaurant, but the room service was also wonderful.
My wife and I spent our 25th Anniversary at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. It had been several years since we stayed at the Mansion, but I knew it was one of her favorites. We normally stay at the Four Seasons or the Crescent, both exceptional hotels that offer great service and amenities. With that being said, neither can compare to the intimacy, personal service and iconic romantic atmosphere that is the Mansion. I reserved the Penthouse suite well in advance. I received an email from Keoni Israel, Lead Butler (I could write an entire review about Keoni = exceptional), the concierge and the hotel. All offering a warm welcome and desire to make our stay seamless and memorable. It was Keoni’s email that was very personal and asked specific questions about our stay and offered suggestions as to how he could make it better, that caught my attention. That began emails, texts and voice calls that led to Keoni directing and overseeing our entire stay. My own personal 25th Anniversary coordinator and assistant. Keoni coordinated with the Mansion Restaurant to make our Anniversary dinner better than I could have ever imagined. He personally drove to a local jewelry boutique and picked up a present for my wife. We live out of state and I did not want to have it mailed. He made sure there were fresh flowers, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room when we arrived. Keoni coordinated with the restaurant for the gift surprise, to be delivered at the perfect time at the end of our dinner. The gift coming out as a dessert course was perfect! A complete surprise to my wife. Keoni personally walked us down to the restaurant to our table to make sure everything was just right. Ezekiel, the Maitre d, was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. At the restaurant the table set up an location was incredible! Absolutely perfect! Private and romantic with picture windows on all sides. Roses and rose petals on the table. Once we were seated, Ezekiel and his team were kind, professional and precise, extremely Impressive! My wife and I both had the 5 course tasting menu with the wine pairings. The chef’s tasting menu was fantastic! The presentation, taste and course selections were outstanding! Wine pairings were perfect! As great as Ezekiel and his team were, the chef left no doubt who the star of the restaurant is! If you stay (or live) in Dallas/Ft. Worth, the Mansion Restaurant is a must, 2nd to none! After dinner Keoni had decorated our room and large outdoor patio with candles, rose petals, special lighting and a bottle of champagne. The champagne set-up and candles on the private patio was truly breathtaking at night. Views of the Dallas skyline just made it that much better. A spectacular first night at the mansion! Breakfast in room the next two mornings was absolutely delicious. French toast, omelette, pancakes, fruit, etc… everything we ordered was perfect! Both mornings Martin delivered our breakfast. Professional, courteous and efficient Martin set the table and placed the food with great care. He wanted everything to be perfect for us and it was. I had no doubt if we had any complaints or concerns he would immediately take care of it. The Mansion pool is gorgeous! For the first hour we had it to ourselves. Keoni had reserved 2 pool loungers, just in case. This is not the “beach club” scene that you find at many hotels these days. Serene, simple and classic! Pool drinks were great! Back in the room from the pool, the suite back in perfect condition. Keoni had prepared a bath with rose petals and candles. Stunning! My wife loved it! Keoni and the concierge helped us make reservations at Monarch for our second night. The food and restaurant were great. A completely different atmosphere from the Mansion. Monarch is on the 49th floor of the National Bldg. Fantastic views of the Dallas skyline. Wouldn’t have been able to get a table without the Mansion’s help. Thank you! The Mansion on Turtle Creek is exquisite! An absolute gem for a special occasion! Fantastic anytime if you want to stay at the best!…
The chief and I stay here every chance we get when we are in the Dallas area. This is most definitely a 5 star experience. The staff are trained impeccably, the accommodations are spacious and beautiful. And they have a restaurant that always knocks our socks off. Everyone in the hotel and restaurants are pleasant, they know you by name, and nothing is too much to ask. The valets always have your car ready when you ask for it. It is centrally located and one of the best places we stay.
