Even if the hotel is a bit more expensive, purchase it! What an incredibly friendly staff - when I had a mobile check in via Marriott, Valerie made adjustments immediately for a different room ; the concierge was open and being a Marriott member I was given access to the laundry room for free. My favorite part - zero issues with parking!! The individuals in the concierge lobby were so friendly!! I forgot her name, but she's followed the GM to multiple hotels.

I came to Texas to see my family for a couple days starting from the 7th till the 9th. A young man, Joseph was friendly and very polite. He always engaged with me when waiting for my Ubers and made sure he arrived to the right spot. He made dialogue and I look forward to many future visits to this location.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Dallas. I received the best service from start to finish! The food at Asador is AMAZING!! I don't know how I failed to dine there earlier. My favorites were the Pineapple and bacon guac, Oaxaca Queso, and Shrimp & Grits. I hate I can't remember our server's name, but his service was top tier. Next, comes the front desk. I had a few tasks I needed help with before I arrived, and Natasha was exceptional! As a hotelier, I feel we have a different eye when visiting other hotels because we know what the back of the house looks like, and when I tell you, she is the ideal person for the desk, I don't say that lightly. She was friendly, helpful, and informative. I didn't interact with the housekeeping staff, but the room was spotless, and everything felt fresh. The bed was mighty comfy, the A/C unit was quiet and worked really well, the water pressure and temperature was perfect (I prefer scalding, so this is a hard find), and we had a decent view downtown. If you have an upcoming event at the American Airlines Center, this is a great location. You're not too close to the traffic, but you're a short drive away, and it was perfect for an evening concert. Overall, I was very pleased with Renaissance Dallas. Thank you guys for such a great stay! :)

Dear Charitypyt, It was a pleasure to welcome you and yours and in highlighting your review with our Renaissance Ambassadors, we can assure you that the entire team was smiling from ear to ear. We appreciate you telling us about the individual experiences had throughout the hotel and we are warmed to know that we impressed at every turn. What stands out most are the comments regarding your server at Asador and Natasha. We are fortunate to have many gems on our team and we always beam with pride when a guest notes specific individuals who left a lasting impression. On behalf of all of us, the pleasure was ours and we look forward to more chips with pineapple and bacon guacamole one day soon. All the best, Darren Parker Director of Operations

Brandon & Leo were very helpful and prompt with my car requests. There was an issue with the text request but they were very organized and able to have my car to me quickly and safely. I appreciated their courtesy and kindness.
