We stayed in a two queen bed suite and were very surprised at the size of the room. We booked through the Hilton Honors app and paid $173 for the one night. We were just there overnight (attending a concert at American Airlines Center) and did not use the kitchenette; however, there was a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher as well as dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils and cookware. I would say a nicely equipped kitchen for a longer stay. There was a notice on the cabinet that a hot plate was available upon request. In addition to the two beds, there is also a couch and ottoman for your use. The room and bathroom were clean. There was an assortment of pillows on the bed and I found one that was comfortable. I slept well in the bed. The hotel is close to the Dart, but we did not make use of that service. If we were in the area again, I would check it out. Driving in downtown Dallas, even for a short distance, is an aggravation and parking anywhere near the American Airlines Center is going to cost you $40.00 or more. The breakfast buffet was not very good, but I made myself a waffle which was OK. I would definitely stay here again!

Looks like a very new hotel and is very clean. The room is comfortable and the breakfast has a large selection with various breakfast sandwiches and fresh fruits. The price is good and is convenient to uptown and downtown. This is worth a stay.

Indira at the front desk was off the chart with her assistance helping me navigate / function around Dallas and in the hotel duties during my 6 night stay (after 5 years not traveling). A family member was in a hospital w a serious health situation for my reason for coming from Washington State.
Indira helped me w the room location. Elevator operations, laundry room and her compassion, kindness and positivity was incredibly calming during this tough time. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable and safe because of the ongoing team effort at this hotel… which definitely illuminated w the exemplary care and service I received from Indira.

Was a very nice stay. Only complaint was the pillows were way to soft had to fold the pillow in thirds to support your head. The breakfast was very nice. The pool is out of commission they claim it was damaged in the storms, however it was raining so couldn’t enjoy it anyways. They have 2 nice looking grills to cook out when it’s nice. Was in a perfect location for appointments at UT Southwestern. We would enjoy staying there again. In its parking lot is a 7-11 so your close to gas if you need it but also somewhere to get drinks or snacks.

The room was VERY Clean, which is a major plus. The bed was comfortable and clean. The pillows were Great! The shower was wonderful and I loved the fact they gave extra towels and I didn’t have to ask. The staff was friendly.
I really enjoyed my stay.

A really nice location, convenient to Love Field. Would stay here again when in the area. The man working the front desk this AM, very nice, breakfast was more than adequate. Parking was easy and next to a gas station if you need fuel before your flight.

I took the family there for vacation this past week and we had a great time. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the customer service was excellent. One complaint would be the breakfast selection, but that was minor. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel with nice staff. I booked there so I could walk to the children’s hospital less than a mile a way. There was many homeless people on my walk, the nearby 7-11, and a lady slept on a mattress in the parking lot next door. I felt unsafe.

The breakfast was decent, the room was nice but bed a little uncomfortable. Because of proximity, I would probably book again.

Great experience as usual at H2S properties. We were in town for NCA at the convention center. Rented a car and it was a quick shot down back roads into down town. Highway was avoidable!! The gripe on the time of day you couldn’t turn left out of the parking lot.

This place is NEW, 6 months open and it was CHEAPLY BUILT by Whitestone Hospitality which builds and manages their own properties!

This hotel is like most hotels these days which are more focused on $$$ than giving quality.

In the room my mother and I were placed in, the previous guest(s) tore the fire safety sign required in all rooms off the back of the door AND the hotel is still renting the room. The hotel is REQUIRED to have fire safety regulated material to operate. Every room is supposed to display a safety path to exits in case of emergencies. My room DID NOT have it and therefore should not have been rented. Yet, the hotel DID rent out a room without this required safety measure in place. (photo of missing fire escape route uploaded)

Maintenance personnel are MISSING or unable to do the job effectively.

The "Black-out" shade was bent and not in the track to ensure its proper function of darkening the room (photo uploaded)

The "bump guard" on the corner of the bathroom was coming off. (photo uploaded)

The light switch in the kitchen/main entrance AND the bathroom is a motion sensor. So if you are standing at the kitchen counter or bathroom counter NOT walking around, the lights will shut off. If you move in the middle of the night, be prepared to be blinded by the light as it will randomly come on in a darkened room as it senses someone moving. (photo uploaded)

The fridge was crammed into its place as if the people constructing the place didn't measure right and refused to open it all the way (photo uploaded)

The room is not like most Home2 Suites in space. The room we were given was very limited in space. That must be why the majority of their rooms are "Queens" and not kings like your average hotel.
In most Home2 Suites, the kitchenware has racks to place the plates and hooks for mugs. Not at this location. The plates and glasses all sit on the box shelf. (photo uploaded)
In most Home2 Suites, you get a glass-enclosed shower which makes it so you don't get water everywhere. Here, you get a shower curtain that doesn't quite reach the bottom of the shower floor, leaving ample room for water to get all over and it will. (photo uploaded)

The hotel lobby is the standard Home2 Suites lobby. Corridors are your typical hotel corridors leading to the rooms. I will say, that on the first floor, they have a door separating the guest rooms and the main lobby to allow for less noise to interrupt guests on the first floor which was the only positive thing they had going for them. (photo uploaded)

The pool was rather small and crammed in as an afterthought. (photo uploaded)

The breakfast was your average Home2 Suites style breakfast of hard, overheated sandwiches or folded omelets, oatmeal, and a waffle station.

The front desk staff's customer service was lacking. One minute the staff was nice. Then the next minute, the same staff, seemed annoyed if you requested Kleenex or a towel because you had water all over your bathroom because the shower curtain didn't stop water from spilling out.

I won't be returning!

The hotel MANAGER will copy and paste a generic response to this posting without addressing any of my issues pointed out just proves the disconnect this business has with the people PAYING for a service.
