First time back since Covid and still great! Beautiful decor inside and out. Rich paneling and specious seating in large lobby/bar area. Each quiet floor with themed decor with fancy furniture art, books snd lighting everywhere. Great and busy lobby bar thanks especially to craft drinks from Nick and Natasha Efficient front desk with special help from Nika. But ALL were friendly and helpful. Valet stands are usually busy but these guys make it look easy. Friendly enthusiastic greetings as we returned every day from convention. We do costuming and they were fun and appreciative, coming up and complimenting and approving. I did not get all names but Chelsea, Daden, Nick and Trent stood out. Excellent food at city hall bistro and pool bar was some of the best of our trip. Compliments to Katia and Andrea who we saw daily and remembered snd greeted us. There were others who’s names escape me. I hope I’m making it clear that when a great hotel has equally great people, it makes for a memorable stay I still miss Andrew the best concierge I’ve ever met.

Amazing hotel, and kind, thoughtful service. The high Tea in the French Room is a must to do, and Aubrey and Angela made it an exceptional experience. It was the best tea we have ever had, surpassing the Peninsula Hong Kong, Peninsula Chicago, and Whitby New York. The pairing of flavors with the tea were superb. We had booked for two nights, and hated to leave, so we added a third night, and Summer and Payton were amazing in helping us change our stay. We love staying here, and it is always a joy.

Both of my daughters celebrated birthdays in August. My oldest daughter turned 30 so we wanted to do a quick local overnight stay. The hotel was a great place to stay and spend time with my girls. Upon check-in we discovered they were having computer issues. I work in the hotel industry so I felt the pain of the front desk. The desk was courteous and very accommodating. Waiting was no problem. I thanked your agent Haley and she was so helpful and so nice. I told her what a great job she was doing let her know I understood their situation. I noticed other guests being so rude and I still watched her stand there with a smile. She is a great asset to your team. Another gentleman was also very accommodating but I failed to get his name. Tall thin and Blonde. I saw them both upon check in and check out. They both were great and again handled the situation with a down key card system calm cool and collected. Thank you to your staff for making my staycation very nice and memorable. We also did the Tea on Saturday and all of us really enjoyed this experience.

Wonderful stay. All staff was friendly but Payton at the front desk was a very delightful experience. He was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome. Restaurants and bar staff was also nice. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.
