We had a wonderful evening - dinner, drinks, show and accommodation. The owner Kate was delightful and welcoming. Show was hilarious, food was great and drinks plentiful. Check in was easy and friendly. Beautiful conservatory area and grand dining room.

We visit the Queenscliff Music Festival every year and for the past few have stayed at the Vue Grand. It’s a beautiful old hotel mostly restored to its Victorian grandeur, so no complaints about the rooms and furnishings being a little tired.

However the breakfast is dreadful

Stayed here for 3 nights with breakfast in a very nice and well presented room. Other areas need a little bit of work, some sprucing up and a bit of paint.. The old world charm is there but the hotel is showing her age with the work needed. Comfortable and quiet which we enjo

The room is smaller than I expected. We chose the room with jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi is not working properly. Although there are supplies for soap and shampoo, there wasn’t a complementary dental care and hotel slippers. The location is superb as it is walking distance to pretty

Went to visit family nearby the picturesque town of Queenscliff. Popped into one of my favourite hotels in town and was drawn to the rooftop bar given it was a beautiful sunny day. Even though you need to climb about 170 steps to get up top, the view was worth it. TIP: order a bo

Hi can you please let me know if there is a hair dryer in the room or if I have to bring my own. Thank you. Am arriving this week.
Hi there, we have them in most rooms but we would need to check which room you are in. You might get a quicker response if you email the hotel directly and let them know your surname and arrival date We wish you a safe trip Regards

I'm thinking of booking this place. What's the situation with parking? Where is the closest parking and how far of a walk is it from the hotel?
Hi Nina, Nice to hear you are planning to come to Queenscliff. I hope this answer helps you and I'm happy to help with any other questions you might have. There is a public car park at the back of the hotel and you can access the hotel directly from there. If that car park is full you can park in the side street (Hobson St) where there is no time limit in parking. Queenscliff is very safe for parking and leaving your car and the parking doesn't cost anything in these areas. We are located right in the middle of the main street so you can easily walk around town direct from the hotel. Regards Connie
