Stayed here for 3 nights with my 10yo and could not fault the place. We stayed in a deluxe studio and it was amazing. We stayed on the 6th floor and over looked the airport runway. Our apartment had a massive balcony and was so nice to sit out there and watch all the planes take off. The rooms were all fitted with quality appliances and state of the art technology. I must mention that is was spotlessly clean too. Beds were so comfortable with quality linen. They have thought of everything there was a I-home, brand new LG TVs, toaster, kettle, coffee machine with daily capsules, big fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, stove top, washer and dryer. Also all cutlery and crockery provided. There was a really comfortable sofa and dining table as well. The bathroom was really modern and they provide you with things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, shower caps, toothbrush toothpaste ect. Two bath robes are also provided in the huge walk in robe. I ordered room service and both times it was amazing. I wasn’t expecting much but the food was outstanding and some of the best meals I’ve had in years. We had the Teriyaki Salmon, Nasi Goreng and a flat noodle dish. This was from their in house restaurant ‘Nate’s East meets West’. The pool is indoor and beautiful we used it daily. If you like to work out the gym is amazing everything is new and they have everything from smith machines and free weights to assault bikes and treadmills. It’s open 24h. They even have a Sauna in the health centre. There is an outdoor area with day beds and table and chairs to relax and also a playground. There is also a great little coffee shop 2 minute walk from the hotel Comoros on Robey st. The staff are also very welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

I booked this place as I was wanting all the facilities for my family, as I was travelling from Melbourne for my medical surgery the following day.. I have 3 little children single mum traveled with a baby sitter to care for the children. I’ve provided identification and credit card details, as I made the booking. My baby sitter doesn’t drive so didn’t have a license only could provide Medicare card bank cards and a photo ID but not license, only to be told it wasn’t enough!! Spoken to very rudely, the baby sitter was a photo of her passport but they refused! They just was rude and didn’t want to help in anyway!! So I’ve said that’s not fair isn’t there a way to help us, they said no and canceled the booking… as a mother alone I cried, there was no remorse no nothing.. I’ve booked this hotel for 10 days paid $5,000 and just thrown out the door like rubbish. To make matters worse we couldn’t find a reservation due to being peek season. So sad that people treat people this way. Sad that I’ve had to write this review.

Responded 9 Dec 2021
Dear 189carolinei, Thank you for sending your feedback, please allow me to respond and address the concerns listed. The 2nd adult that was travelling with you was refusing to wear a mask in the lobby, this is a legal requirement in the state of NSW due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic for any indoor area that has public access. Our team had to ask her numerous times to wear a mask, her attitude towards this was not acceptable as we follow these regulations to protect our guests and staff. The ID provided by your accompanying guest was a Costco ID, this is not a recognized government issued photo ID and is not accepted as a form of ID. Please refer to our Terms of Sales prior to booking, which states that all adults staying at the Hotel are required to provide a valid Australian Federal or State government issued photographic identification or a passport for international travellers. Rest assured, your payment for the room was processed by a third party travel agent, The Branksome Hotel has not taken any money from you and your party, in fact we waived all cancellation fees. We do not believe that your review is fair or accurate of the events that occurred. Kind Regards, Branksome Management

Stayed for two nights, ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and had a meeting in the boardroom. An excellent venue with ample parking, plenty of space to move around, all the amenities associated with international hotels provided. Staff are very helpful and always seeking to address any needs you may have. The bar/restaurant has a great selection of drinks and food for restaurant dining or room service and breakfast was great. Close to the airport but no noise issues. Walking distance from domestic terminal. Close to Mascot shops and a good walk to train station. Large bedrooms with kitchenette and space to sit with guests or dine or work without having to be sitting on the bed.
