We told staff when we booked for the weekend that we had 3 children under the age of 5 but they still placed us in a caravan right next door to the club house which keep all 3 children awake until stupid hour. Then when they was finally asleep there members of staff left to go home about midnight and decided to slam the door on there car as they got in and woke the children up! When we went to ask to be moved in the morning they couldn’t do anything for us. Terrible service didn’t take the children into consideration at all. Wouldn’t stay here again and defo wouldn’t recommend it!

I can't criticise anything about this place; it was brilliant...the best I have ever visited. Carol has this B&B thing off to a fine art! It was a 5-day holiday for me and my cousin. The location was ideal, right beside the railway station and the coast...both only a couple of minutes' walk away. The people who run it couldnt have been more accommodating and helpful with targeted info about attractions, as we did not have a lot of time to learn about the place. A special feature was the customised breakfasts which changed each day, but when my cousin asked for something not on the menu, it was provided without hesitation. Food was prepared fresh and hot and as asked for (eg, eggs soft, hard, poached, etc) Get her to demonstrate the shower as it is a bit unusual.
