Lovely room , comfy bed, great sea view, very relaxing sat in an armchair watching the boats. A great breakfast, home made cookies is the room and macaroons on arrival. Just what you need for a getaway. My only grumble was that there was a huge bathroom but no bath.

Enjoyable break in Dawlish. Lammas Park House ideally situated with parking available. Fiona and Rob were great hosts and always attentive to our needs. Breakfast was good quality and well cooked, varied choices too. We stayed in the York, twin bedded with shower room. Fantastic views over Dawlish to the sea.Comfortable beds, good shower and complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee. Homemade cookies were a bonus 😋. A short wk to the town centre/ station/ beach, although its a steep walk back up 🙄. Would definitely recommend Lammas Park House.

We had a 2 night stay here and enjoyed it very much, the room was good with a lovely view. The breakfast was lovely set us up for the day ahead. Fiona and rob were good hosts. The only thing i would say is if you are not in good health it might be a problem as its up a hill then up a lot of steps to your bedroom but the view makes up for it.
