We were welcomed and made to feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. 15 minutes drive from the airport and plenty of on-site parking. We had a lovely studio room. Sound proofed so that we had a really peaceful room. Comfy beds and an excellent bathroom. My self and my 2 adult daughters visited for a 5 night break. The spa and massages were perfect to start our week and the masseuse was very friendly. The hotel was well located for exploring with a car and also there is a bus stop opposite. Jersey has the most polite drivers I’ve ever seen. We didn’t need more than 3 gears 😂 Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Food in the Bohemia Restaurant was beautiful. Lovely little hotel with all the facilities you need to relax. The pool was great for a cool down at the end of the day. Food and drinks were a bit pricey but in line with the rest of Jersey prices. Gorgeous food and wine. Helpful and polite staff. I would definitely return.

Hotel's Favourite
We had a great time in Jersey staying at the Club Hotel & Spa and would happily return. From the moment we arrived we were helped by friendly attentive staff to the moment we left. Our room was fantastic, modern, comfortable and spacious. Lovely little spa with heated indoor swimming pool, perfect way to warm up after a cold and windy day! The hotel is in a great location with complementary parking. However if you do not have a car, it is easy to walk to the high street for the shops and restaurants or to the harbour to visit Elizabeth Castle! The star of the show has to be the Bohemia, a Fantastic Michelin star restaurant. The tasting menu and wine pairings were well executed with each course getting better and better throughout the meal. Great service from Valerie and the sommelier made this a meal to remember in a lovely setting. Eating here on Saturday night, the restaurant and bar were lively with a great atmosphere, something I haven't seen for a long time this year! (all whilst following social distancing rules, table service only). It is clear that the locals visit as much as the residents. On a separate note, whilst not directly related to the hotel I feel it well worth pointing out for those reading this at the time of posting. Given the times we are currently living in, travelling from London, the PCR test and trace system at the airport on arrival was extremely efficient, completed quickly within 10 minutes and we had our test results 9 hours later. Reassuring all that travel to Jersey is safe and we can all take advantage of this wonderful hotel and all the island has to offer. We will certainly be back!

Stayed mid-July, well located, once you appreciate the idiosyncrasies of town centre layout! Fairly convenient to Liberty bus station, we used a 3 day bus pass to initially explore the island, using a provided timetable brochure it proved most adequate, much better than UK mainland. In inclement weather we would consider a hire-care. Pleasant staff throughout stay, nice to be shown all hotel facilities upon arrival. Quiet rooms with efficient A/c, much appreciated during the heat-wave! Spoke with couples staying at other hotels that didn’t have A/c, they could hardly sleep at night. Lovely comfortable sheets & bed, made for most pleasant sleeping overnight. Enough space in fridge for milk, needed overnight for my stomach ailment, very Powerful shower, nice soaps, etc. Good food and attentive service in bar area, reasonably priced, the Honesty bar near pool area much appreciated. Too hot/busy to use spa & sauna facilities. Slightly small pool area but fortunately not overcrowded during our stay, much needed/ appreciated during the current hot spell. Some guests left untidy mess when vacating sun beds, area really needs to be checked more frequently. Overall a very nice stay and yes, we will undoubtedly return to this hotel.

We have stayed in this hotel before without complaint a few years ago. This time we stayed in the middle of July 2022. Booked 3 rooms for family members. This is no longer a 5 star hotel. Out of the 3 rooms 2 had problems. We had to move rooms. The outdoor pool area was littered on a daily basis with empty glasses, empty beer bottles, cup and saucers. We complained, it still continued. Asked for tea and coffee to be served by the pool, was told they don't serve tea and coffee by the pool, which was obvious to all that they did. A heavily pregnant family member wanted to use the indoor pool and was told that gowns and towels were not available unless you had booked a spa treatment. This is NOT 5 star service. The bar service out on the terrace was so slow and average we gave up one day and walked out. The rooms are tired and the whole place needs an overhaul. When I addressed these issues with the manager Tim and other issues we had with their Michelin star restaurant Bohemia (staff arguing and staff ironing tablecloths when we were eating) he promised to sort it out and get back to me by telephone when. I'm still waiting.......The Bohemia experience was very poor. The table next to us complained bitterly and the chef had to come out and calm the waters. That is not Michelin standards. It's a shame that once such a lovely hotel has fallen by the wayside.

The hotel is lovely, and just 5 min walk to lots of bars and restaurants, our room was nice and the breakfast really good. The hotel bar for eating and drinking was expensive and I’m sure if they dropped the prices a little then much more people would use it. Car parking can be tight but we always got a space, I would say overall the hotel is good, just a little jaded in places, but location for town centre good, also 4 mins from the ferry.

I'd definitely say all the staff here tried their best and were polite and helpful. Slightly quirky hotel though. As previous reviews: knee height basin, and need to be quite the contortionist to get in and out of the bath/shower. Rooms comfortable. Odd kettle-in-cupboard situation. Duvets could do with being replaced and air con was noisy and ineffectual. Spa was lovely. Outside pool was icy. Breakfast was a little haphazard with long waits. Everything very clean.

This was our first time to Jersey and we booked a Master Suite, which had two bedrooms, the main for us and the second room for the two children. The room was perfect, fantastically comfy beds, good bathrooms and facilities. The breakfast buffet was brilliant and the quality of the cooked food was outstanding. The staff were so helpful and friendly across all areas of the hotel and the pools were of a great standard. We popped down to the Bohemia restaurant for a drink on two of the nights and it's such a cool location, and the staff made us feel so relaxed even though we weren't sampling the Michelin star food. I cannot fault this hotel, it made our stay on Jersey so enjoyable. We will come back to the island and we will look to stay here again.

We have stayed a several hotels in Jersey, but this is by far the friendliest and most welcoming that we have been to. Staff in all areas, reception, breakfast, housekeeping, bar and restaurant all spoke and were friendly and welcoming. They really made you feel at home and were so helpful if you needed anything. The choice at breakfast was fantastic. The pillows are a little soft from what we are used to and it would be good if the hotel could offer an option for the firmness of pillow. We stayed in a studio room and the room was spotlessly clean (as was all of the hotel). Our bathroom was huge! It was a joy to stay at this hotel and start to feel as though we were getting back to some kind of 'new normal'. Having the roof terrace and bar available meant that after a days walking, it was very comfortable to stay and relax some evenings in the hotel. Will definitely try to get out to the outdoor pool next time as it looked so inviting. Very much looking forward to returning later this year.
