The hotel is situated in a great location within easy reach of the town and the harbour. The rooms were great with very comfortable beds and a very powerful shower. Breakfast was extensive with a good continental range and freshly cooked hot food to order. The outdoor pool was a tranquil setting and a pleasurable area to relax after a day out exploring the island. The indoor spa facilities were also excellent. We ate in both the bar and the main Michelin star restaurant and the food was sublime.

We spent 2 weeks at this hotel in August 2020. We had never been to Jersey before, but will definetly be back. The hotel was so welcoming. Jackie, the Reception Manageress is a credit to the hotel and has such a professional and kind nature. Sandrin is also very efficient and helpful. The Breakfast Room Team are wonderful. The more senior staff are very supportive of the newer members of the team and the service is first class. The Bohemia staff are knowledgeable, very accodating and extemely gracious. The Housekeeping manager is such a sincere lady and so humble and kind. Her Housekeeping team make sure the bedrooms are spotless and nothing is too much trouble. The General Manager, Tim Phillips is a lovely person; Tim tries very hard to make sure that his staff know what they are expected to do and he does his utmost to ensure that all the residents are taken care of and happy. Now to the niggles; the bathroom sinks are terrible low - not sure why this is, but we have never seen bathroom sinks so low. Finally, the hotel is really beautiful, apart from the room next to the Terrace. This is avery odd space and one that sort of has no real function or design. The space has huge potenial and would benefit massively from a make over. The furniture is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel, is out dated, a bit shabby and not welcoming. The arm chairs are too low for the tables and the wall plugs are old fashioned and not able to take a UK 3 pin plug. Apart from this one area, justified for attention, the hotel is wonderful, especially for a family with children, as the in door and out door pools are excellent. Really good value for money and excellent service. Oh yes, the showers are constantly hot, the towels are changed regulalry and the shower gel/shampoo etc is high quality. A super holiday all round.

This is an excellent hotel. Its located about a 10 min walk from the liberation square with all its many bars/restaurants. The rooms are modern and well designed and have excellent air conditioning. The bathroom has a powerful shower and complimentary toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers. The staff were all very professional and helpful - especially the Romanian girl on reception. Additional bonus is the free parking and a small pool area ( get your place early although with so many wonderful beaches they are a better choice ) the breakfast menu is comprehensive and very good altho I was surprised that the orange juice was not fresh ( carton instead ) which for a 5* hotel was a bit poor. However that one small whinge aside this is a very good hotel. Recommended

The hotel is in a good location in relation to the restaurants of St Helier, though the entrance to the hotel is round the back of the building and far from grand. There seemed to be some building work going on in the car park and a distinct smell of sewage, but the reception area was nice.
The lady who checked us in [possibly concierge or head receptionist] was charming and incredibly helpful- even drawing us a map to a great local brunch spot whilst we waited for our room to be ready. She also offered to call if our room became available early.
The room itself was nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed, robes and slippers. There was a turndown service and a nice touch with a rose left on the bed on Valentine’s Day. The view was half of the car park, and half of the outdoor pool, so a little disappointing but fine. Everything was clean and comfortable.
The pool area was a little disappointing and the pool itself was very cold. There was no hot tub or jacuzzi, but an area of the pool that had jets, however these did nothing to warm it up so it was far from relaxing. Additionally, the second night of our stay [Saturday 15th] and the following morning [Sunday 16th] the hotel had no hot water, and when I called reception about this we were given no explanation, solution or offered compensation. The girl on reception said she would call back in 5 minutes but never did. Additionally we were not asked how our stay was when we checked out [this should of course be standard]. After check out we had a few hours to kill and asked reception to store our bags. This was super chaotic as they first chased us out of the the hotel with them when we went on a day trip, and then put them back in the room we had checked out of, so they could not be found when we needed them! When they were then “stored” this was in a public corridor by the stairs to the leisure club and rooms, so not secure at all.
The hotel public areas were modern [if a little corporate] but cold and lacked atmosphere. We asked for the fire to be lit in the lounge area but were told it doesn’t light/ doesn’t work.
The hotel was perfectly pleasant but warmth, security, hot water and that extra care and consideration are all essential in a 4 or 5 star property.
The lady I mentioned who checked us in certainly stood out as an having exceptional customer service but sadly it was not carried throughout the venue.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights for a short break away from the mainland. We wanted 5 star quality with a pool during the heatwave.
On arrival the lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful as we arrived early she managed to get our room ready 3 hours early. The hotel itself was nice, with a small pool and a sun terrace. Room was good quality with plenty of extras.
Watch out for the drink prices as they can be steep but then it is a luxury hotel.
We decided to eat out on the terrace 1 evening and it was a bit unorganised. We sat down at 8pm, waited 30 mins for our drinks. We ordered a starter and main. Waited 45 mins for our starter and as it arrived by one waiter, another waiter came to our table with our mains which was a bit embarrassing. There was no apology either. Food was okay but not great for a Michelin restaurant.
We had an early departure next day and asked at reception if we could have a small continental breakfast box made up for us to take away as we would be missing breakfast that we had paid for. The lady seemed a bit confused behind the desk but assured us that something would be given to us. On the morning of our departure there was nothing by our door and when we tried to leave the hotel there was nobody around and the doors were locked. I wondered into the lobby area and there was a lady fast asleep in the chair who happened to be on duty at the front desk. After I woke her up so we could get out the hotel, i asked about the breakfast and she knew nothing about it.
A bit of a disappointing end to our stay.

I honestly feel like i stayed at a different hotel to the below reviews, and also to the hotel discription above. We were excited about 4 nights of relaxation in a 'boutique' hotel, and I've come away feeling like we might as well have stayed in a Travelodge and saved ourselves a lot of money.

To its credit, the room was super clean and spacious with lots of storage and useful surfaces, the bed comfortable, and the shower powerful.

There is no way that The Club could describe itself as a 5* boutique hotel if it had any competiton locally. The décor is drab and uninspiring and firmly rooted somewhere in the mid 90s. It is a place entirely without atmosphere. The staff were polite but indifferent. The rooms are featureless and flat and not at all luxurious.

The shower is powerful, but the drains aren't capable of dealing with the amount of water so you are quickly standing ankle deep in water. The aircon is noisy, and for the first 48 hours, could only be turned on and off by calling Reception and asking them to do it for us. There were dirty plates and glasses on the floor in the corridor when we checked in, that were still there at 10am the next day.

Noone contacted us in advance to ask whether we wanted to book spa treatments, and as a result, there wasn't any availability when we arrived. The hotel blurb above was the first time I'd heard about a gin honesty bar or a rooftop bar.

No 5* hotel worthy of the title would supply sachets of Nescafe and UHT milk. The tea bags weren't replenished, but never mind - the eyesore of a housekeeping trolley lived in the corridor so you could just pop out and help yourself.

We left feeling pretty duped at the price and of our experience in this honestly, entirely generic hotel

We booked here having read reviews of The Club Hotel and Bohemia restaurant in the Sunday Times and after looking up the hotel thought the central location and spa would make it perfect for our 5 days in Jersey. We went with our 5 year daughter and the hotel was brilliant even in the Michelin starred Bohemia with helping make her stay perfect. When we got to our room our daughter was given Club Hotel teddy and small robe this made her day and set off our stay in the perfect frame. The staff at the hotel were all brilliant and welcoming and never had any issues with requests for her including in Bohemia where she joined us for dinner but they provided dishes for her while we had the tasting menu. The spa pools are lovely and we enjoyed a few treatments (book in advance as their were limited times by the time we arrived at the hotel)
Jersey it self is perfect for couples with young kids so easy to explore and feels very safe, hire a car free parking at hotel can be busy and a bit tight so hire small car perfect for jersey. Highly recommend Gorey Castle and Durrell Zoo and St Ouens beach is stunning with several great places for lunch. We loved La Braye for lunch went there twice!
Highly recommend The Club Hotel it is made by the staff and in a great location

We have been coming to Jersey for a summer break for 8 years having fallen in love with Jersey but we missed out last year and this was a first break for 18 months so decided to splash out a bit more than usual and book The Club Hotel. Wish we had come here before it is a perfect small luxury hotel. We also like to stay in Jersey's capital st Helier but have a car to explore and visit our favorite beaches and walk the cliff paths but end up back in the capital so we can head out for drinks and meals on foot. The hotels location is perfect less than 5 mins walk to the main shopping area and less than 10 mins walk to the harbor front and all the bars and restaurants through out town. But what made us love this hotel is the fact it is small enough to feel personal but also has everything: Great spa with indoor and outdoor pools and lovely treatments, Amazing restaurant in Bohemia (been here one previous trips it is never not a perfect treat), great bar and loved the roof terrace part of bar we had not seen before as is accessed through the hotel, plus has a free car park for the hire car. Add to that lovely modern rooms with fun personal touches plus a lovely team that seem to want to do everything to make your stay perfect Tim the Manager is brilliant as are the whole reception team in helping make bookings and sort things out. As mentioned before Bohemia restaurant is top notch with great food and lovely staff and being able to just head upstairs after a tasting menu in there is heaven. We will be back next year and The Club will be our base for trips to Jersey every year now.

Arrived to very poor entrance which could easily be mistaken for a warehouse . No signage at all. Inside the decor is tired and dated , in need of a thorough refresh. On arrival, asked to come back later as the room wasn’t ready so we did as asked, and it still wasn’t ready for us. We were given complimentary drinks whilst waiting , but it took another 30 mins till we could get the key.
Room decor very brown and tired with a grim view into the street. There was a note to say that rooms were not being serviced daily and to request when we wanted it done but this meant that we had to request toilet rolls which is a bit of a joke really. Breakfast was certainly not as expected from a supposedly 4/5 star hotel and we have had far better in tiny b&b establishments in the UK. The standard breakfast was a very basic continental offer, no variation all week and anything else such as eggs/ porridge etc was an additional charge. We didn’t bother on a couple of mornings as it was such a dull affair. The pool was good, but the salt room and steam room were faulty and spa treatments were extremely pricey. A very disappointing experience all round and certainly not good value for money

Located in St Helier, 10 mins from the airport. The hotel is a 5 star rating. The reception room was nice and warming, there was a lift to the rooms. We had room 312 - room only board. The view was of the road, but I am unsure what other views there was.

Towards the back of the hotel is a terrace with bar snacks.

Overall the room was nice, average space for the room type a double deluxe. Tea making facilities/shower amenities were included. The room also had two free small bottles of water.
The shower/bath was very good and easy to use. The hot water didn't not seem to work or come on at 6am when leaving early.
The issues were you heard everything that other guests did, showering sounds, thudding from walking/shutting doors. The road noise.
The room service was good. Within a reasonable time, polite enough. Minibar was well stocked.

The spa facilities were nice, a heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room.

Upon checking our invoice midway through stay we had an unknown charge of drinks at £11.50, we also had a £1.10 difference on room service food, and the tray charge stated £3 in the room and the invoice was £4.05 - £13.65 difference.
Queried at reception the disputed costs were removed with no hassle. The price listed in the hotel room is different to that on invoice, so double check invoice given.

We had booked a taxi the night before for 6.30am, as we waited 8 mins, we asked what time the taxi was coming, we was told the company had cancelled the booking at 3am and no one at the hotel had thought to rebook for us?
