The Westhill Country Hotel is a family friendly hotel, set in five acres of beautifully landscaped south west facing gardens on the outskirts of St Helier, far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a five-minute drive from the town centre.. The vibrant village of St Aubin is also only 10 minutes away. The Westhill benefits from a complimentary shuttle bus to St Helier several times daily, so exploring the many attractions Jersey has to offer could not be easier. The relaxed & informal atmosphere proves popular with all our guests many whom return year after year.

Nice and peaceful hotel with being in the country, though the downside to that is you have to rely on public transport to get you back and forth. Very reliable bus service with a short walk to the main road, the last bus back was 10.30pm.,The hotel was a bit dated though freindly, lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Plenty of parking available.

Had a great few days at The Westhill Hotel, lovely rooms, enjoyed the pool and lovely jacuzzi’s, Breakfasts lovely and served from the kitchen ( beats having the breakfast left in terrine’s). Big shout out to Irish Annette the receptionist who also does the singing in the bar , oh my what a voice , plays the guitar and penny whistle, she was fabulous !! We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment. Would highly recommend this Hotel it’s a great place to chill out 😊

The hotel beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. There were cockroaches in the rooms. The breakfast was very bad. The staff were racist. My friends and I went to ask for towels and were consistently asked if we were staying at the hotel. The rest of the guests weren't pestered about their reservation with the hotel when asking for towels or drinks. When we went for breakfasts we asked for a table close to the window and they said they were full despite being completely empty. There weren't 'reserved' plates on the tables and other groups were allowed to sit at various tables as they arrived. One worker, Fatima, who helped us set up our room was very friendly and this review does not reflect her in anyway.

We have just returned back from Weshill. We stayed for two nights B&B to visit family near by. The grounds are beautiful, staff very good, breakfast lovely, and we are already planning to return next year. You can walk to the town centre from here, it is a good walk, but the views on the way are well worth it, and it walks the breakfast off! You can easily ask reception to call a taxi, and they store luggage until you leave. A real little Gem for our first visit to Jersey we were so luck, fabulous weather and good choices!. Thank you Westhills, as soon as rooms are released for next July we are booking!

This is a great hotel set in some fantastic grounds- the staff are so friendly and helpful right from reception to bar and restaurant staff! The breakfast is brilliant and very well organised we didn’t have any evening meals here so can’t comment on them. The evening entertainment is wonderful. The only issue is that the rooms and some parts of the hotel are a bit shabby looking and could do with some updating

My mother in law had always wanted to go to Jersey so we booked this hotel as a gift for her. A little difficult to find but when we did we were pleasantly surprised. Although a little old and perhaps tired the hotel was set in nice grounds and everything we wanted was there including ample parking. The clientele when we visited were mainly of a more mature age but this is not a criticism as there was a calmer atmosphere. The staff were excellent but the star performer is Nelo, the manager of the restaurant. A real character with a great sense of humour who would fit in anywhere.

I thought the rate was very reasonable. Usually as a solo traveller I am ripped off, overlooked etc. Even in this day and age old attitudes still persist but I didn't find that here. Set in nice grounds and very relaxing. My stay was pleasant and it was nice to come back to a quieter hotel at the end of the day. I found the staff helpful and pleasant. It would however have been nice to sit at a different table at breakfast each morning so I could chat to the other guests more. Hence the reason for my 4 star rating. Everything else I found fine. Yes the hotel does need some updating but I'd sooner stay here than a more modern hotel Public transport to the hotel is easy - take the 19 from Liberty bus station.

We requested a twin room with view of the gardens and were not disappointed - what a wonderful outlook. Rooms are clean and comfy. Meals are varied and delicious. Outside kiosk is handy for drinks and snacks by the pools. But the overwhelming bonus at this hotel is the staff ! They are so friendly and helpful, and even entertaining! (Annette singing in the gardens on a sunny afternoon was perfection - ranging from Cher to Irish folk songs). Management and staff work hard to give the guests a good experience - that's why we return again and (hopefully) again.
