Its a bit far off from the main town center but Jersey isn't that big and there are many buses etc if you are not driving . Tiny rooms. Lot of good restaurants and bars around. decent breakfast. Ok Ok bar. Nothing exceptional about it.
Another enjoyable stay at The Inn, St Helier. It was pleasing to see that the hotel’s high standards have been maintained. We encountered some new and familiar faces amongst the staff and they were all welcoming and friendly and put guests at their ease. I would give the daily housekeeping, and general cleanliness throughout the public areas of the hotel, top marks. The breakfast menu was very comprehensive and set us up for the day. We also dined at the hotel on a number of occasions and the food was well presented and of a good standard. We look forward to returning in the near future.
The hotel is not 10 minutes walk to St Helier, on Google maps it is 1 mile and 20 minutes. The reception was adamant is takes 10 minutes. it does not. it took us over 20 minutes. They should change this information of the website as it is misleading We wouldn't have booked this hotel if we had known it was this distance to centre of town At breakfast the tea and coffee were undrinkable both days Both were in jugs and were stewed. . When I asked for coffee from expresso machine instead they said they would charge me extra . Not good enough And for some reason the vegan breakfast comes with eggs ? Bizarre. They should look up what vegan means. Otherwise the hotel and rooms were clean and ok . Not sure I would call this a boutique hotel .
We stayed at the hotel this weekend and everything was so well organised by the hotel, including our flight bookings. On arrival at the hotel, we were met by some very friendly reception staff. Our rooms were immaculate and clean and the children loved having the penthouse suite to themselves! The breakfast was lovely and well organised and again all of the staff were so polite and helpful. The walk to the hotel is only 15/20 minutes from the town so easy to get to. We loved our stay and will definitely be back to visit and again. Couldn’t fault the hotel in any way.
The hotel is situated just 10 minutes walk to the centre of st Helier. Really good ambience in the bar and great food in the restaurant…..choice of breakfast options are amazing. Rooms are spotless and have everything you need….fluffy towels and great shower, tea & coffee making facilities….attention to detail is obvious. Really good value ….but best of all are the staff…faultless…..well done Martin& Alla!
