Front of house staff were wonderful, going the extra mile. Great vegan options for both breakfast (included) and dinner. Busy bar, lively atmosphere. Perfect location, just a short walk into town. All in all, cheap and cheerful - would stay again.
Excellent ! We had a short stay hear at the Inn unfortunately, but it was one of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed at!!! Every member of the team here is nice, polite, friendly and professional. You really have your money’s worth. They really go beyond your expectations! We had an early flight on the day we had to leave. We asked if they could call a taxi for us which they did in advance. The man at the reception came to inform us while we were at the restaurant that they booked the taxi and even advised us not to arrive to early because the airport doesn’t open at the time we would have wanted to arrive (3hrs before our flight). He was kind enough to inform and book it all for us. Best of all just to make it even more exceptional he offered to serve us breakfast earlier than usual so we don’t miss on our included breakfast. He offered to serve us at 5:00 am when they usually serve starting at 7:30am! They have hard working people who love what they do and it shows! Since it was a short stay we ate twice at the restaurant in the hotel which was excellent. No regrets at all! The service was exceptional always made sure we were okay. Every member of the restaurant was extremely professional. We had a pleasure of meeting Benard, who was our waiter evening, breakfast and evening once more. He was absolutely wonderful, professional, kind, hard working, there are literally not enough words to describe his service! Not only is the service exceptional but the rooms are clean, everything is filled nothing is missing nor broken. You even have a hair dryer and a fan for the rooms that don’t have air conditioning. You have a blind which is practical because you can have your windows open and not have bugs come in. Because in England screens don’t exist. We are sad that it was short because of the exceptional service we had. I recommend this place 100% and even 1000%. This hotel should have more than 3 stars it’s worth a lot more in my book. Thank you for the lovely welcome 💜…
A number of us stayed at this hotel recently, very centrally situated and great value for money. What stood out was the hospitality of all the staff, nothing was too much trouble, the receptionist Sophia went out of her way to help, The restaurant was excellent with good food and again great value for money with fabulous service
We had a lovely break at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jason. We stayed in a junior suite. It had been recently redecorated but unfortunately the furniture was very dated and chipped which let it down. The breakfast and dinner were good. The location was about fifteen minutes walk from the shops of St.Helier.
I arrived early expecting to just leave my bag and continue to explore, to my surprise my room was ready, so I got to go and take a nap. The check in process was quick and easy and the receptionist gave me some good tips for my trips on places to go and see, sorry I can't recall his name, thank you!! Breakfast was included, a nice touch to have the cooked foods made to order, and you can help yourself to cereals, pastries, hot/cold drinks. I also returned for the Sunday roast and this was included in the Tennerfest deal that was running in Jersey during my stay so got to enjoy 3 courses for £28.50. I also made use of the bar after a long day exploring. The room booked was a single room, it came with a small double bed, there was also a paid snack basket, and free filtered water in the room. The room was clean and tidy and fit for my stay, the only downside was you can clearly hear the conversation in the next room, this made for a good wakeup call...lol. Everyone was welcoming, and I would definitely return to The Inn …
First visit to jersey and we chose to visit in November! But weren’t disappointed, from the minute we landed we felt welcomed. Staying at the Inn on the edge of town, our stay was comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. If you’re looking for a base on jersey to explore the island you can’t go wrong with the Inn, we highly recommend it
Just returned from a 3 night stay and couldn’t have asked for more. All staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the food is delicious. Thank you for making my very special visit to see the newest member of my family so comfortable.
Location is a good 15 minute walk out of St Helier with very little around it. The Inn is on a ring road so traffic noise can be heard. I would describe the interior of the hotel as very average and our room could certainly of done with a makeover. As for the staff, only 2 members had a smile on their face (Baz and Bernard). The female behind the bar was sullen with zero communication. Whilst sitting at the bar area at 6pm we asked a waiter if we could have a table for 2 on the evening, this was treated with a scowl (even though there were only about 10 bookings for the evening). We will not be going back to the Inn again and would definately look for a hotel more central.
We visited The Inn (Jersey) for 4 days and what can I say it did not disappoint. This place caters for everyone. The staff are amazing and nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are so homely tea, coffee and water replenished daily. The rooms are also spotless. It has everything you want with hairdryers an iron and ironing board. The breakfast each morning was cooked fresh so lovely and filled you up for the day to get you through touring Jersey all day. We also had dinner there on the last night which was amazing . High 5s all around. It was amazing stay, the staff really go above and beyond and that's what you want. I will definitely be back and recommending to everyone
We arrived before the check-in time just to leave luggage. Ozz explained that our rooms were ready and a bit about the hotel with local recommendations for days out etc. Excellent start. Mum and Dad were first floor and we were above them. Breakfast for the next 4 days was superb and to be greeted by the staff every morning really made our holiday especially Bernard who looked after my parents in an exemplary way. The rooms were clean and adequate. Our supply of tea, coffee and milk was replenished daily. Location of the hotel suited 4 people who were happy to be out and about walking and exploring most of the day. Jason on reception is another asset to the hotel and the reason this hotel was chosen to begin with. Would chose here again in a heart beat. Well done to all the team and thank you for everything. We hope to see you again. …
