Rooms good size, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, but note there's no freezer to the fridge, so ice-cream has to be eaten in one go! The level of cleaning is amazingly high, housekeeping team are very thorough, bathroom looks brand new. Double bed mattress firm and supportive, sofa bed mattress adequate. Laundry room well equipped, new Bosch machines, choose a program, pay with £1 and 20p coins, £1 for 30mins/40 mins. Lots of outdoor drying provision, or use the pay tumble dryers. Hot water constantly available, towels are provided, but bring/buy washing-up liquid. Complex is well built, no noise from other occupants, except from courtyard through open windows. Thoroughly recommended, would stay again.

The office arranged for us to stay at these apartments whilst working close by, upon arrival we were met by the most rude, confrontational housekeeper I've ever come across, who continued to rant at us throughout the stay. 4 of us were staying, 2 to each apartment, the set out is poor, with the only toilet being ensuite and therefore having to disturb your counterpart should you wish to use the toilet. The stay resulted in being eaten alive by whatever resides in the beds. I wouldnt advise using these apartments unless flea bites are your thing

Visiting over new year for sisters 70th birthday. Booked a 2 beded Room for my husband and I along with daughter. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the staff lovely. The only down side was the towels which there was plenty of could of done with fabric conditioner as they were hard and lack of electric points. Our room was on the second floor and room number 21. Also booked a double room for two elderly aunts, this was on the ground floor number 12a and was a bedsit. The only thing lacking in there room was easy chairs. They just had dining chairs and the bed and the only window was very high up (out f their reach. Would we return - yes

We had a two person apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. A full size electric cooker and fridge (no freezer) The location was not too bad being within 15 min walking distance of the centre of Saint Helier. If you hire a car there is no parking near by. There are four buses an hour into the centre.

Traveled as a couple, wanted a room with space and it had just that, was very clean, had all the necessary things to cook with as well which is a plus as i love cooking breakfast home before going out for the day, the only reason I don't give it a 5 Star is the water pressure not being that strong shower wise, everything else was in great conditions and the room service was very good.

We were worried after reading some of the reviews, however we were pleasantly surprised. The 1 bedroom apartment was basic and dated, but it was clean, centrally located and big enough for 5. The sofa bed was fairly new and had an extra mattress topper for comfort. The kitchen had everything you need. The wifi was good enough to satisfy 3 kids which is great. The TV had a good signal if you wanted to watch it. We were lucky to have an apartment facing the main street and the window flower boxes. It's ideal here if you want to be near the town, beach and local shop. Also it won't break the bank, leaving more money to spend in St Helier.

This a comfortable efficiently run self catering establishment. Right near the beach and restaurants. It was spotless and there are two rooms kitchen and sitting room and bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Only a short walk from St Helier centre and right near the number 1 bus stop.

On arrival we had to phone for the housekeeper. As the reception is merely a word. Also they did not have our booking even though booked and paid for in October. After some time and phone calls a apartment was found not a good start. The apartment was basic but clean. Plus point location good for buses and walking into the centre of St Helier. There are quite a few points needing attention ie dripping tap, patio door not opening etc Smoking coming in bedroom window from people smoking next door. First holiday in a long time would not come back here again.

Stayed for 4 nights. On arrival we were met by the pleasant and polite housekeeper who showed us to our apartment.Living room and bedroom were both a good size and reasonably clean. There is a kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The fridge froze everything that was in it! I have insulin that needs to be kept in the fridge and if it freezes, its no good. That could have been a major problem for me but luckily, I forgot to put it in there. There are a few issues with the bedroom. The matress is completely knackered and needs replacing. The pillows are so hard it was like a brick. There is no mirror for the dressing table and not enough hangers in the wardrobe. The bathroom was really awful. A grotty shower with a curtain that didnt really stop the water. Nowhere to put soap, shower gel, shampoo etc. It badly needs doing up. In fact the whole place needs sorting out. Come out of the apartments and turn left for a 10 minute walk to town. If you turn right, go to the end of the road and turn left and walk for about 10 minutes there is a pub called the white horse which did really nice food. One or two other bars and restaurants but not much else. We had a really good Thai meali in a restaurant called Little Thai, advisable to book as its really small. The curry in Indian Ocean restaurant was really bland and I dont reccommend that one but there are loads of pubs and eateries in town. Drink prices are about on par with the mainland but pub/restaurant food we found to be more expensive then an average non chain on the mainland. Overall, Jersey was lovely and St Helier is a good place to stay. If you are not too fussy, Panama apartments are ok for a few days but personally, I wouldnt stay there again.

These apartments are in a poor area of St Helier, but close to town. They can not have been decorated since the 70s or 80s. In our tiny shower room the tiles were hanging off the ceiling. The shower is miniscule and there is no where for soap, shampoo etc. In the bedroom, there was a massive crack on the wall by the window, from top to bottom, and the wallpaper was coming away on the other side. The hairdryer is as useless as a chocolate teapot. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, but old. The fridge was frozen over, could not open ice box and it had no light. The TV is a decent size. On arrival we were missing four light bulbs, and the shower was dripping. We also asked for more clothes hangers (( there were only five) These issues were dealt with, but not with good grace. They should have been checked. There is no reception and the street door was left wide open all day, compromising security. We left before our sentence was served and booked into a hotel.
