The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed, but it would have been nice to have some additional comforts such as a blanket for the living room for example. The apartment is advertised on Hotels.com as having dressing gowns, slippers and towels, however there was only one towel (despite the apartment being set up for two people) and none of the other things listed. The shower was really tiny for an adult, and there was no bath, despite the listing showing a shower/bath combination. The sofa was also really uncomfortable (small, hard and leather) that I had to sit on the bed in the evenings to relax. There were TVs in the living room and in the bedroom but neither of them could connect to any channels (I didn't ask the staff for help with this as when I noticed it was late at night, and I had my laptop so just watched tv on that, but two TVs not working was not what I paid for). Finally, there were all the kitchen amenities required, but the glasses, mugs and bowls were all really small, so not realistic for everyday use.

We have a lovely week at liberty apartments there was building work going on which was unfortunate but we didn’t let it spoil our break We had a balcony room which I would recommend as these overlook the harbour. I would not describe the apartments as luxury maybe a little tired but we had everything we needed Above the bus station which is perfect for hopping on the local buses very central for all amenities Staff were all very friendly and helpful would definitely return.

Dear Michelle, Thank you very much for taking the time reviewing your recent stay at Liberty Wharf Apartments. We were sorry to hear about the noise disturbance from the work on the terrace; unfortunately we were not able to have this done at a different time due to logistics. We are currently in the process of a full redecoration program for both the public areas and apartments, which you have seen has started with the ground floor main access lobby. You are totally right that this would ideally be done out of season and again, unfortunately, sometimes you have to adjust to the availability of the decorators rather than having it scheduled for when is most suitable. Apologies if this has caused you any inconvenience. We do hope we may have the pleasure of welcoming you back once we have finished the redecoration program and you will be able to experience the freshened up apartment. Warm regards, Simone

Great location. Central to St Helier and on top of the starting point for all bus routes all over the island . (excellent service - just pick up a timetable) But the apartments were advertised as luxury. They were fine for a few nights but not luxury. The bathroom basin was cracked. The oven was so old that all of the markings had worn of all of the controls (no way of guessing temperature or functions). The microwave was clearly an afterthought (see pic). But the bed was comfy and the air conditioning was very welcome.

We've stayed here many times and, overall, these are great apartments in a great position in a great town. However, the apartment we stayed in this time had issues with noise - from the bus garage below but more annoyingly, builders delivering huge amounts of wood at 6am in the morning to an area owned by the apartments! This kept us awake for well over an hour. The apartment itself was very good but they could certainly do with better double glazing in the rooms at the side that are impacted in this way. We will be back but wont accept a room on that side of the building again.

Morning Madgesmum, Thank you very much for taking the time writing your feedback on your last stay with us. It is good to hear that as a loyal guest of Liberty Wharf Apartments, we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back again in future. Our sincerest apologies for the noise disturbance you experienced, especially with the delivery of wood so early in the morning. Unfortunately we weren't advised this was going to take place and therefore were not able to alert our guests who may have been affected by this. The good news is that this wood is to re-do our terrace area by reception, so next time you visit us this will be refreshed and new planting added. We noted you had booked a town side apartment and would recommend for your next visit to book either a standard or standard balcony apartment. Our apologies again for the disturbance and we look forward to welcoming you back soon. Kind regards, Simone

Absolutely great location, had a fantastic week with 3 generations of the family. Spacious apartments with excellent facilities, little niggle was that the numbers on the oven dials have come off so had to guess at oven temperatures but didn’t impact on holiday. Had an issue with the sink and it was repaired within the hour of reporting it, nothing was any trouble to the staff. Children enjoyed the croissants that were available every morning at reception. Didn’t have a great view from the apartment but knew this when booking, didn’t matter as we spent most of our time exploring Jersey. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Apartment was very clean and spacious and had a fully equiped kitchen. Nice complementary pack left too. We were upgraded to a balcony apartment, with a lovely view over the harbour and maritime museum... made our stay even more special. Would definitely recommend and go there again.

Plusses: 1. Location, location and oh yeah - location. This is right next to the Liberation / central bus stop. I literally mean it. It's right next to the bus station. Considering all routes originate from here, you couldn't find a better spot in the island to stay. So convenient. 2. The apartments are well furnished and aimed at the corporate traveller, leisure traveller or family. The apartments feel very safe, and surprisingly are very quiet despite being smack dub in the city centre. 3. Strong wifi! For those looking to WFH. No one really talks about wifi in reviews, do they? But in this digital nomad era, I think it's equally crucial. Not so good: For the price they charge, I felt they could've done a bit more as far as housekeeping goes. I stayed for a week in which time the bath towel was changed only once!! They don't even periodically replace the shampoo/soap but just put one bottle (the size of my big finger!) for the entirity of one week. There was zero housekeeping in the entire week I stayed - bedsheets remain unchanged, kitchen stayed the same, etc. I would highly recommend this place but the housekeeping, rather complete detachment was a bit disappointing.

Needs a bit of TLC but clean and tidy. Fantastic location and despite being literally over the bus station it was really quiet. Managed to access room earlier than standard check which was great as we had travelled early morning with children. Clean towels provided mid stay.

Brilliant location and great amenities. Although above the bus station with windows closed the property is very quiet at night. Rooms have lots of utensils, pots etc for cooking, lovely big fridge. Bath with shower and spacious wardrobe and drawers. We stayed here around 7 years ago, so would say some parts are worn or in need of some TLC but this didn't affect our stay. Staff are very helpful. Location is brilliant if using public transport, but if hiring a car then it's not expensive to part in nearby car parks. We have already booked for 2024
