Staying in Jersey for the first time (delayed 2 years because of COVID) and stayed at this hotel. What a great choice. The hotel had wonderful view of one of the best beaches in Jersey (we visited quite a few) and included a lovely terraced area from the bar. Whilst the decor of the hotel was a bit dated the hotel was kept very clean. The staff were very friendly. The rooms had plenty of space and the balcony of the min rooms was lovely to sit on at anytime of the day. There is an umbrella provided to give shade during the heat of the day. The only issue is it’s right above the bar terrace so can be noisy during the evening. The welcome food (bread, butter, milk, eggs, fruit and biscuits) was lovely and the hotel also provided anti bacterial wipes and handgel. There is a limited menu for food but the quality was good. The bar had a good selection of drinks and was regularly used but both guests and others locals. I]when we next come back to the island we will definitely look to book here first.…
StBrelades Bay is a beautiful place with a long sandy beach, and our sea view balcony apartments had the most magnificent view. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. The restaurant food was good. The staff were extremely helpful, considerate and friendly, going out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you for a great holiday
Elizabeth and her team could not have been more welcoming. The accommodation (2 bed, 3 bath with sea view and balcony) was spotless and what a wonderful welcome pack! As a returning customer, but with new friends, I was not disappointed. Looking forward to returning again later this year.
We have just returned from a weeks stay at Beau Rivage, self catering apartments.Amazing apartment, lounge, bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen with lots of basic groceries provided. Two bathrooms as well. Staff very helpful in respect of bringing our luggage up to our third floor apartment and collecting it on the day of our departure. Also worth a mention the very helpful and efficient manager Elizabeth who pointed us in the right direction for the buses, as well as supplying us with bottled water.
Would certainly visit the beau rivage hotel again we went with friends and stayed in two bed apartment both bedrooms had ensuite facilities and also separate toilet and shower. The sitting area and kitchen were great although we only had breakfast and ate out in the evening. We had a room with a small balcony looking or st brelades bay which was stunning . Staff were very helpful friendly .
Been to the Beau about 10 times, never disappointed. Lovely clean welcoming place on the beach at St Brelades. Convenient location near the airport. Elizabeth & her team really care about their guests. Thankyou.
Beachfront hotel in St Brelades, a ten minute drive from the airport. Arriving by car the hotel is not well signposted, but is right next to Golden Sands hotel. There is a small car park for residents. Reception and check-in were both friendly and efficient. Our room was on second floor and we had been emailed in advance that the lift was not working. Stairs were not a problem and there was a stair=lift for anyone who needed it. We were not able to book a sea-view room, but our suite "Trinity" did not disappoint. I imagine that it was made from two traditional hotel rooms. We had a three rooms, a spacious double bedroom, lounge with sofa, chairs and TV and a well equipped kitchen. At either end of the apartment were bathrooms with 70's style avocado bath with shower above, not my taste in decor but they worked well. TV and WiFi worked well. "Garden view" looked across road to gardens of houses opposite. The kitchen was great, four ring hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, spacious fridge freezer, pots pans and cutlery and crockery for four. The welcome pack was generous, plenty of tea and coffee together with milk, bread and some treats. There is enough parking for each room but cars are parked in tandem so those at the back can be trapped in by those at the front and the car park is also used by non-residents dining at the hotels restaurant. However the nearby public car park is free from 5pm to 8am and provides a useful alternative. Both the room and public areas were spotlessly clean. The room was serviced every day and the bedding changed two or three times during our weeks stay. A well-stocked Waitrose Supermarket is open till late 7 days a week and is just a five minute drive away. St Helier, the main town on the island with its excellent market is perhaps a 15 minute drive, so all in all the location is first class. Elizabeth and her team made us fell not only welcome but a bit "special". I felt that as well as a great location and service the hotel was excellent value for money.. what more can you ask?…
We had a fantastic time at Beau Rivage, the staff are so nice and Elisabeth cannot do enough to help. Our accommodation was fantastic with a beautiful sea view, waking up every morning to that view is amazing. We ate in the bistro which is honest pub grub, staff really lovely there too. We had a great stay and with the colder weather coming in we are missing sitting on the terrace having a glass of wine
I have stayed in hotels all over the world but have never had the exceptional service and hospitality as staying here. Elizabeth the manager was there to help at every step. If I could give 6 stars I would. From the moment I arrived with my disabled parents and own family we were greeted with big smiles and complimentary chocolates at reception. Our apartments were fully equipped with dishwasher, dining furniture, complimentary shampoos and the like. We also were blown away by the welcome packs in each apartment. These consisted of fresh fruit, milk, Jersey biscuits, bread, butter, cheese and white wine. I honestly forget the rest. Everything we could need was catered for from dishwasher tablets to fairy liquid and tea towels. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor serve excellent food. There is a family room for the kids consisting of dvds, games and books. The views were amazing. I honestly cannot praise Elizabeth enough. This is how you do excellent customer service.…
