When you first arrive you appreciate the wonderful location especially looking out over the pool. The staff were superb from the outset (Rafael and Anna particularly). We had a sea view room and it didn't disappoint, comfy bed, massive bath and all the amenities you would expect whilst listening to the lapping of the waves. There was a wide selection at breakfast and all of the highest quality. Lets be honest its not the cheapest hotel/B&B in the world but I definitely think it represented value for money and cant wait to go back for another relaxing break there.

Unlike many descriptions of other propertyies, this upmarket B&B does not disappoint in reality. Service availability is limited though breakfasts offer good quality and variety. The pol and pool area are inviting.

We’ve had an amazing 1st anniversary over there on Tuesday 19th July. Our waiter Christoph went above and beyond and looked after us very well. Highly recommend to everyone. Stunning homemade afternoon tea with great views over st aubins bay.

I was expecting something special and I wasn't disappointed. St Aubin is a lovely area of Jersey and just a short walk from the hotel. It seems like the whole of the hospitality industry has staff shortages and I'm guessing this hotel needs more, but what staff they have are friendly and helpful. Even as a B&B I would have liked an evening bar that was easier to use. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Maybe the best I've ever had. Hotel could be a problem for some as there is no lift but I don't mind the 39 steps to have the view out to sea. To prove this is a genuine review, can they change the background music in the breakfast room. Its been ABBA everyday so far.

I am tempted to say shhhhh!, don't tell anyone because I want it to myself! It was perfect and I am already checking out a return trip. The staff were brilliant and the rooms were superb - I cannot speak highly enough about La Haule. If you are lucky enough to visit here then I envy you!

Our first stay at La Haule Manor did not disappoint. A lovely room which was spotlessly clean. Our room was promptly serviced each morning whilst we were at breakfast. Along with a good continental selection, hot breakfasts were excellent and cooked to order. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Ideal location and a 5 minute walk to St Aubin. Bus stop very close by. We don't hire a car any more as the bus service is excellent. Chris picked us up from the airport in the Bentley and the icing on the cake was being taken to a nearby hotel for my birthday. Definitely an unexpected surprise as was the bottle of prosecco which we enjoyed on the terrace. The location was a major factor in choosing the hotel but the hotel itself is a beautiful place to stay and be well looked after. It has a beautiful feel to it and the outdoor terrace is a lovely place to enjoy a drink with stunning views of the bay. We'll definitely be returning for our next trip to Jersey.

Fabulous. Greeted by Chris at the airport in a Bentley, fizzy on the terrace from Rafel . Superior sea view room was very comfortable with all comforts. All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and kept us both full until we visited the many restaurants in St Aubin each evening a 5 minute walk. The week was too quickly over with Chris taking us back to the airport.

We have stayed in several hotels and guest houses around St Aubin and this is our favourite so far. You will be met by extremely welcoming staff who go above and beyond for you and provide an efficient service. Our room was no.17 with large bathroom, powerful shower and slightly firm but comfortable bed. A put me up was available for our 7 year old. We had no issues with traffic noise and maybe a sea view would be nice but we didn’t ask for it so didn’t get one. Breakfast was excellent, fresh pastries and good selection together with choice of cooked breakfasts which were freshly made and very tasty. Special mention to Chris who picked us up and dropped us back at the airport. He is a very friendly chap and an asset to the hotel. Finally, yes the pool was closed but the offer of transport to and from their sister hotel was readily offered but not required. Overall La Haule has the kerb appeal and carries it off really well. Anyone staying in St Aubin should definitely consider it.

Stayed here for five nights in a sea view room. We were picked up from the airport by a very polite man in the hotel car. The room was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. I gave four out of five because the pool was not in use and I was a bit disappointed.

We have stayed a few times at La Haule Manor and stayed in various rooms. from the airport pick up to our check out 5 days later we have had an amazing experience on this visit. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated with tasteful and individual touches that give each room a bespoke feel. Food at breakfast was delicious, plentiful and varied with a great selection. Staff as always were wonderful, welcoming us back and always being helpful. It is credit to them and the Hotel that many of the staff from last year are still at the Hotel, many establishments in Jersey are crying out for staff, let alone retaining excellent ones, well done on keeping your great people! Ola deserves a special mention, it is very clear that she runs the place with a light yet precise touch. She ensured we had all the little extras that made the stay a perfect experience, nothing was too much trouble for her. Without a doubt she is a huge asset to the Hotel and its owners. We will of course be back!
