Gorgeous hotel with friendly staff. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were always on hand if you needed anything. Free shuttle bus to and from Dublin airport every half hour. Breakfast was amazing and good value for money. Foyer was exceptional, comfy, airy and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Taxi trips are around €25 into Dublin City Centre. Beautiful park and grounds to walk around directly opposite the hotel.

WHAT A WEEKEND We arrived to be met by the Shamrock at the desk, the craic as they say in Ireland started, a busy desk so early in the morning, Elizabeth send us to the Restaurant to have breakfast which did the job, our two rooms were ready, taxi organized and off to Dublin, the parade was brilliant, came back that evening and had some very tasty cocktails in the bar. thank you all, great hotel and staff

Absolutely brilliant hotel, a group of us went to Dublin for the Rugby, what an experience, the banter and laughs were what you need in life, we arrived early, some of the rooms were ready, Elizabeth organized us all, including adding breakfast at €12.00 per person a mint, absolutely delicious and even better the restaurant closed at 11.00am. Elizabeth organized the seven seater, rooms that were not ready we had our luggage stored, when we arrived back all the keys were ready and we went to bar and met Glen a true gentleman, again great banter. High recommend, we will return.

Everything was so lovely. The front desk staff, the restaurant teams, everyone, were so professional, friendly and kind. Sara, the restaurant hostess, and the other waitresses were especially courteous and friendly. Thank you very much for making our stay one to remember!

The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and Andrea was amazing. She took care of our every need and even found time to laugh at my husband's silliness. The staff as a whole was fantastic and the rooms are beautiful. Will definitely be back.

I was greeted by friendly staff throughout the trip, but Maria Ahtla stood outthe most. She was helpful and made my experience great! She offered tips on getting around town. I truly enjoyed my stay in Dublin because of her kindness!

A polish woman by the name Agnieska was especially nice and helpful. A sweet woman that made our trip so nice. Thank you. The experience we had in Ireland was so special people here are so nice the hotel we stayed at the Crowne Plaza airport location. All of the folks here were so helpful. I hate to go home

Stayed here before a flight back to the US. Hadn’t stayed here before and I was really impressed. Very comfortable room, good food, staff wonderful especially Agnieszka- she really looked after me in the bar restaurant.

Lovely hotel. Bathrooms are a bit dated compared to rest of the hotel and rooms. Airport shuttle bus is great. Dominic was fantastic and gave us loads of tips of where bets to go to int he city, we had an amazing time!
