Our room had a strong musty smell, with a taint smell of marijuana. We had traveled a long way and already hauled our luggage up to the room, so decided to just deal with it rather than ask for another room. The smell persisted through our stay. The staff here were all very friendly and nice. The breakfast was also pretty decent. Probably wouldn’t stay again unless there were limited options.
I chose this Comfort Inn because it was located west of Nashville and offered a rate that was considerably lower than the Choice Properties in the Nashville Area. I made my reservation through the Choice Website and check in was very quick and easy. The front desk staff recognized me as a Choice Privileges Member and made me feel welcome immediately upon arrival. My room was very clean and will attended. The bed was well made and very comfortable. I am not a fan of the small pillow found in all Choice Property's but this a corporate policy and is not left up to the individual property management. The WiFi was a little slow during the early evening as more guests tried to use it. I was kick off several times but the issue seemed to clear after about 10 p.m. There is a Cracker Barrel in easy walking distance of this hotel and a few other restaurants close by which was very Convenient. I enjoyed my one night stay and would recommend this hotel.…
We had a quick stopover at this hotel to visit family before a Tennessee vacation. The hotel was clean and we did not have any issues with the property. Located just off the interstate with quick access to places to eat and get gas.
The staff was friendly. Restaurants were within walking distance. Considering no Covid-19 rules in the County, the motel was remarkably Covid safe. Our room was clean, but surprisingly well worn. Breakfast was below par. The bathroom door had an extremely loud squeak. The lighting over the sink was half burned out.
I would not have stopped here if I knew they openly disobeyed their own hotel rules about Covid-19. The lady at the front desk wasn't wearing a mask till I approached her, then pulled it up over her mask (but not her nose). When I brought in my luggage, there were four guests in lobby, and none wearing masks. The front desk didn't say a word. I felt like Comfort Inn lied to me. The hotel has clear mask guidelines. They're posted on their website and the doors of the hotel. But from my first moments in the hotel, it was clear those rules weren't obeyed, even by their own employees.
